- When the DOT is **under 36 months**, it is **not displayed on the website**. This follows the most restrictive standard in Europe (German practice).
- A tyre that is properly stored can generally be kept **up to 10 years without loss of quality**, but we fully understand that you may still prefer a more recent and matching production period.

To check your specific case (DOTs received, availability constraints on the 275/40 R18, and what can be proposed), please **open a ticket via your secure customer account** and include your order number + photos of the DOT markings. A tyre that is 1–2 years from its DOT is generally considered “new” in the market, provided it has been stored correctly. On our site, the DOT is only specifically indicated when a tyre is older than 36 months (or if it is marked as DEMO). Also, shipments can originate from different EU warehouses (e.g., Germany/Spain) depending on stock availability, which can explain the different origins.

That said, we absolutely understand your concern. If you haven’t done so yet, please open a ticket via your secure customer area (or contact our customer service) and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the DOT codes on both tyres
- confirmation of the items received
