extremely bad customer service
They have a lot of parts and the site describes the parts good. but customer service in non existent and the page does not work very well.
from an order of 6 parts, i have received 1 incomplete (there is no way to request missing parts), and one completely damaged(the most expensive item of my order)
the box of the part was damaged but the shipping box was intact which tells me that they sent the part already damaged and it was not damaged by the postal service
returns are very complicated and there is no feedback to the user.
they have received the parts since several days and there has been no notification that they have them or that they are processing.
there is no customer service, the phone number only says hi/bye, so good luck contacting someone and the live chat is automated, so it never connects to any agent.(doubt that there are any)
so 0 response from Auto-doc if the buyer needs help.
