Terrible service and no communication. It was impossible to contact Shawn directly, and there was no apology or follow-up. Reception kept saying he would be in touch, but we never heard back. Due to his negligence, our house offer was voided. Would not recommend.

Shawn was professional and very creative with my purchase. We encountered a few problems with certain personalities of sellers and their representatives, and he gave me solid advice throughout.
