Hi myself raja Ismail, & i submit my visa extension application through MSD Solicitor & manage by Amal Nasir. which i think my experience with Amal was great. she is very kind humble and very supportive. My application took 11 month to receive answer during this all time whenever i call her to ask about my application she make me understand very well and motivate me to have some more patience. which is really appreciated. Anyways i got my answer successfully and very happy. All credit goes to MSD solicitors and Amal Nasir.

MSD solicitors are amazing more especially Eshan he has been very supportive of my case and now my leave to remain has been granted.

⭐ **1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid MSD Solicitors\!**

I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with MSD Solicitors\.

I have been calling them almost every week to get an update on my application, and every single time I am told exactly the same thing: *“The application has been submitted, we don’t need anything else from you, we are just waiting, and you need to wait\.”*

I have repeatedly asked for **proof that my application has actually been submitted**, and every time I am promised that the confirmation will be sent to me\. **This has happened around 10 times already, and I have still received absolutely nothing\!**

Emails are ignored, phone calls go unanswered, and whenever I finally manage to speak to someone, I am told that somebody will call me back\. **Not once have they actually called me back as promised\.**

To make matters worse, I keep getting passed from one solicitor to another\. My solicitor has already been changed once, and yet nothing has improved\. After reading other reviews, I discovered that other clients have reported similar experiences\.

What I find particularly unacceptable is that **they ask for half of their fees upfront, but once you have paid, trying to get a proper update or even a simple confirmation becomes an absolute nightmare\.**

I am not asking for miracles\. I understand that legal applications take time and that delays can happen\. All I am asking for is honesty, communication, transparency, and proof that the work I have paid for has actually been carried out\.

Instead, I feel constantly ignored, avoided, and passed around, with empty promises every time I contact them\.

**My advice to anyone considering MSD Solicitors: THINK TWICE BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR MONEY\!**

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere\. No paying client should have to chase their solicitor week after week just to receive basic information about their own case\.

**Extremely unprofessional communication, broken promises, and a complete lack of transparency\. I would not recommend them

His carefully prepared cover letters and professional handling of my application helped me secure ILR through the standard service within five months of applying.

His advice not to pay for the priority service, given the complexity of my case, was honest and entirely appropriate. Hassan and the team at MSD Solicitors are reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. I highly recommend them.

I hired them to apply for settlement in the UK in March 2023 and sent all my documents, didnt hear anything for 6 months, started calling them. Turns out they didnt even open my files so I stayed on a call to make sure that they open my files. Didn't hear anything till December. Bare in mind, my visa was expiring 11th December, Monday. Thursday, 7th December I start calling every two hours and they keept telling me that my case worker is busy, I tell them that I have to leave the country if they don's send my documents by Sunday. Friday I call every hour and get a hold of my case worker that finally sends my files on a Friday 7pm.

My settlement application got declined in April 2024.

I applied myself straight after, took me about 2 days work and got approved. I paid for lawyers to waste my time and nerves.

Edit: I didnt want to raise this earlier because I didnt want them to mess with my immigration status.
