Building a small business
Hi there, to be totally honest.
I was very happy with the service I received to get a small business loan approved, through Prospa.
It was quick and easy and the broker from Valiant finance was very helpful in explaining the setup of the loan.
I Definitely recommend anybody that is trying to get a start in small business to give Prospa a go.
If Prospa is happy to keep supporting me in building my business. I will be more than happy to keep dealing with them.

unprofessional & look for 400 different reasons to pass the renew
i was using the prospa for 2 years, now it was time to renew it, and they said 400 reasons to look for pass the application which is totally not true, i said i was always on time never declined and payment or late, they said it not the reflection that you are good customers, thats how unprofessional their words are, they do not value long term customers, cannot provide clear or transparent reaonsing, relies on generic excuses instead of acutal assesment, shows no accountability or consistency in decision making, it raises seriour questions about prospa's reliabilityt and fairness, i would not recommend prospa to anyone, give you staff training how to talk professionally with customers, and give exact reason why it is not processed further not 400 reasons as told by your uneducated staff member,
