Worst lender I have ever dealt with
Worst lender I have ever dealt with. I agreed to one direct debit payment per week, but they have been taking three to four direct debits without my knowledge or approval. This has put my business under serious financial pressure and caused unnecessary difficulties.
They are also charging what I consider to be extremely high interest—over 24%. I strongly advise other small business owners to be very careful before dealing with this lender. In my experience, their practices have caused significant financial stress and made running my business much more difficult.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I feel that small businesses deserve much better transparency, communication, and fair treatment.

I think the app and processes are quite good, however after being a loyal customer for over 4 years and paying an exhorbitant amount of interest the renewal was denied as I had two months of zero income due to a holiday and project job running over. So facility closed and they left me in the lurch big time. Cannot recommend this company. If you really need shadow lending seek another provider

Building a small business
Hi there, to be totally honest.
I was very happy with the service I received to get a small business loan approved, through Prospa.
It was quick and easy and the broker from Valiant finance was very helpful in explaining the setup of the loan.
I Definitely recommend anybody that is trying to get a start in small business to give Prospa a go.
