Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 23 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Consumers stated that the products are made of very thin stainless steel instead of solid titanium as advertised. Reviewers also noted that cutting boards scratch easily and items like frying pans suffer from severe food sticking issues. Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, stating that companies ignored their messages and failed to honor refund requests. People additionally mentioned that goods arrived poorly packaged or damaged and were shipped from overseas rather than from local warehouses. Customers felt deceived by the misleading marketing and lack of proper company branding on the items.

Titanium chopping boards

Very disappointed with this product. Bought thinking it was from an Australian based company. Looks nothing like as demonstrated in the video. Boards are very thin not thick (??? being stainless steel not titanium). Marks easily with fingerprints. Can’t see the logo very easily either . Took forever to arrive and are very overpriced.

DO NOT ORDER PRIME AUSSIES TITANIUM…

DO NOT ORDER PRIME AUSSIES TITANIUM CHOPPING BOARDS.
They DO NOT have the Logo as advertised on the web ad.
And the Web as shows a board 3 - 4 mm thick board with a drain channel. You will receive a flat 1mm thick stainless board with a slot cut out and that's it! this is a FALSE ADVERTISING SCAM.

Worst

Worst decision buying two titanium pan. Fell in their trap thinking Aussie own and operated. Food stuck to pan surface, then another 15 minutes cleaning. There is no proof that it is made in Japan and you won't pure titanium certification on pan.

Do not buy from this Company

The 3 boards arrived, all bent, not one straight. No logo, cheap and thin. Not convinced they are made in Japan as were shipped from China. The frying pan lid didn't fit properly and was bent as well. I have asked for a full refund according to their '30 Day Money Back Guarantee, no questions, no hassle, no restocking fees. We even cover the return shipping. What a complete joke, do not believe them. I have had emails from them giving me a partial refund, the boards are worth keeping or using. Stay away and don't purchase from them, very sub par quality and not honoring their refund policy. I guess if Paypal can't sort it out then I have to go to ACCC.

This company is an absolute fraud

This company is an absolute fraud. We purchased the pans and I can honestly assure and challenge anyone that they do stick like glue, and I'm well aware on how to use pans, I've been cooking for well over 35years! Please stay away from this company as there money back guarantee is false, they don't reply to emails once they know that your unsatisfied with their products. Please if you're reading this and have experienced the same thing, report them to the Accc because this is unacceptable!

Another fallen victim of trust

I too have fallen in the bracket of trusting an Aussie item only to find out what I received was ?????, I don't know. The whole process was becoming a joke. Couple of days after my purchase, I received a friendly email inquiring about the product. Considering the product was no where near my hands I kindly mentioned when I received I will review. Well they came today,v2 weeks later, yep in bubble wrap & honestly not worth the cost. I opted for the package deal of 3 + rubber mat &ebook recipes.
There is NO stamp anywhere indicating the material & "Prime Aussie"
The advertisement online shows an elderly lady receiving her package in a cardboard box & clearly the template logo of Prime Aussie.

Hopefully someone will take the time to read the reviews provided by customers and not fall into the trap of poor advertising & loss of funds.

At the expense of the boards, I will be using and hopefully they may have some worth.
So do a deep search or go to a store and make your purchase

Small, great. Extra Large, rip-off.

I bought and paid $59.99 for an Extra Large Titanium Chopping Board.
It's supposed to be Titanium, possibly the strongest and toughest metal on Earth. Yet it came in the mail in bubble wrap and still had damage. I reported said damage in an email and am yet to receive a reply.
Also, I previously bought the small cutting board. I was really impressed so I purchased the extra large one. The extra large board is almost exactly half the weight and less than half as thick as the small cutting board. I'm extremely disappointed with the large board. Don't waste your money on any larger than the small board.
EDIT: Prime-aussies.com.au has replied to my email and have said they will investigate and send me another board. For that I'll give them a star back.

TITANIUM chopping board buyer beware

This company is advertising one thing and delivering something completely different. The boards shown in their ads look sturdy, premium, and professionally made — what arrived was thin, poorly cut, and clearly not the same product. No branding, no proper packaging, and shipped from china despite claiming to be japanese made. The entire experience feels misleading and dishonest. I would give zero stars if I could. Can’t locate an ABN despite an Australian address.
Do not buy these boards…

Not even worth 1 star

Not even worth 1 star. Wish I read reviews. Bad choice thinking to trust in Australian company. Like others have said it comes from China .
I got the pan ..no lable or stamp to say it's titanium no instructions.
Everything just stuck to this pan they advertised as the eggs just slide off .
I messaged them .they told me I need to season it with oil. Well that didn't work.
It's a load of rubbish and I feel so ripped off from a Australian company that won't offee a refund 😡

This is an Australian company only in name.

This is an Australian company only in name. Their stock is in China and shipping is SLOW. Waiting for my "Titanium" Frying Pan, and if as I now think it will be rubbish, I will be making it public. How mush longer do we have to put up with these Chinese companies masquerading as Australian.
Addendum: After receiving my "Titanium" frying pan, I find it is worse than a cheap stainless-steel pan, with food sticking almost instantly despite the non-stick claims. It is also difficult to clean due to the patterned base. Do not deal with these people!!!

Waste of money!

Waste of money!

I should have read the reviews.

I ordered what was advertised as Titanium boards from an Australian company. What I got was very thin stainless steel boards from China. The chopping boards were nothing like the Ad. The Ad shows a thick board with a logo, but what I received was very thin, thin enough that they could probably be used as a knife themselves. They arrived, not in a box, but just in a thin bubble wrap envelope. The boards themselves came with a blue plastic wrap, as most stainless steel products do. They mark with the first cut, which leave scratch marks. I very much doubt that they are titanium. Definitely not what was advertised.
Don’t waste your money!!!
