PetzLover.com page is a scam. Someone on this site is advertising selling pups that doesn't belong to them. BE AWARE, don't be scammed by these low life. If the price is low, it's a red flag. If looking for fur babies, highly recommend Rightpaw. Trusted breeder, and secure site. For both seller and buyer.

Overall it's been a good experience using the PetzLover site. I feel the process of posting an ad is pretty straight forward and ease enough. I liked that some of the questions are prefilled on areas that are likely to be true for all my ads. All I had to do is change a word or two to make it relevant to the particular per. So, for example change he to she or the name of the pet.

Being a new user, I had some trouble maneuvering the sight. However the support team was patient and responsive in answering my questions.

We found our fur baby and it was such an easy process. We knew a little of what we wanted in our search and everyday new community members pages were in our mailbox. That made the search so easy. It took maybe 2 weeks and we saw the dog and from the page had all of the important information regarding him.
I easily reached out with a message to the owner and within a few text back and forth we knew we found our new fur baby.
Could not have been easier.
And now Gunnar is the perfect fit for our family.

This place is the best from the moment I signed up I was treated greatly when I needed help I was helped quickly and with compassion and I'm thankful getting to work with all of you and my cat has good home now and I have peace of mind keep up the good work I'm thankful for all of you!!

Good experience but the procedure took a lot of time

Scam. First, you have to pay just to contact sellers (I paid $7 for a 1 month subscription when looking for a new pet). Next, the animal that I was looking at was listed as local (south jersey). Later that week the same animals were located in California. I was able to get the seller to text me (his number is (617) 283-1671 and he is located in Massachusetts) seller handle is Tom Grinfield, but caller id comes up as Gary Thompson. He wants a non-refundable deposit to see the pets. He also could not answer any questions that a person who actually lives locally SHOULD know. Scam. Be aware. I also googled his name followed by "scam" and found lots of posts about him.

Update 1/20/26: Petzlover, since you replied to me, and since I notified you of them scam, will you refund my money ($7 USD) that I paid to contact the seller? Please advise. Do you stand behind your site or are you a part of the scam too?

Tried to get into website but trouble with pw. I'm a young 80+ yrs old and wish to purchase a b/w female shih tzu I saw on the website. We are in Atlanta. I have further questions. I do use FB or if there is a phone # to call. Have been scammed on FB and lost money. This website seems legit. Would appreciate a reply.

My husband and I were scammed out of $400 by a “seller” on Petzlover in 9/25. We both made in depth reports to Petzlover.com. They did act concerned, never heard any follow up. It is 3.5 months later. The seller is still posted on their site. That is bad business to me. Buyers please do research into sellers, I was just so heartbroken, I just wanted a puppy to replace my lost one. I wasn’t thinking logically.I didn’t think anyone would do this. This bad experience could have been avoided if Petzlover really vetted these people or at least followed up on complaints. I even came with receipts.
