Ordered a pre-order article.. its not delivered yet, but the website shows its available. Contacted the customer care, have pointme to my pre-order status. Now got an update that the delivery will not arrive timely, but has minimal 2 weeks delay

Heb ondertussen wel een cadeaubon aangeboden gekregen en daar heb ik voor een ander artikel gebruik van gemaakt. Helemaal ontevreden ben ik jiet, maar verdient geen 5 sterren

Everything was very well arranged, within couple of days i had the new cat toilet. Just had to set it up and my cat accepted it immidietly. Now i just need to change the bag and add some cat litter time to time which is very easy.

For years I told myself that it was a luxury I couldn’t afford, that it was an overrated gadget.
Spoiler alert: making life easier is not a whim and Petree has made it very accessible.
Saving time, litter economy and comfort for my cats with a always clean crate, less smells.
The transition was made easily for the younger one, my senior is a bit more reluctant but she is making it.
I wouldn’t go back

Customer service was subpar, took 2-3 weeks just for them to finally answer my emails. No phone number to call. Did resolve the problem after 2 months without to much hassle.

The Petree Cube eventually stopped rotating automatically. I emailed the service line, and they responded almost immediately, and they started looking for a solution. After an update and a sensor reset, my Petree Cube is working again. I'm happy, and the cats are happy. Perfect service!

Nice looking products. Older product could be better.

I have two and i have happy cats a clean litter. Easy to change the bag when full. Less more pain and stress for me due my illnesses.

Excellent product - my kittens quickly adapted to using it, and I have absolutely 0 qualms about smell or functionality. It cleans everything promptly, is easy to empty & wash, and I’m able to see in the app how often my cats are using it to gauge how they’re doing. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I am the owner of two Petree litter boxes and they are great. My four cats love them. When something was wrong, their excellent customer service solved it immediately. I can really recommend.

Looks good but doesn’t work at all to trap odours, our box never smelled worse. Sadly we will sell it and buy another one asap.

This product has made our lives easier and works perfectly. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it broke within a month of purchase. However, the customer service team handled the situation very well and replaced the broken part.

We have had the cube automatic cat toilet for some time and our cat and us are very happy with it. Unfortunately, it developed a problem recently, but Petree sent us the replacement part within two days and everything is back to normal. Excellent service by the Petree team.

Thank you for the quick respond for the black/white unit problem on the webshop! The unit works great, the noise is very low when operates.

The peetree was immediately accepted by the cats. It is very quiet and you are not disturbed even at night. We are absolutely satisfied!! 👍🏼
