I ordered a bundle with a fresh 3, feeder and aqua duo on friday late afternoon (past the 15:00 next working day delivery threshold). So DHL arrived on tuesday as expected, sadly only delivering two of the three devices and as far as I can tell only two had been shipped by Viervoeter. So no blame to DHL. So I rang Viervoeter to ask where my Aqua Duo was and I couldn't be helped by phone. Which seems odd to me but ok. As advised I emailed them that same afternoon and on wednesday afternoon received an email that they attempt to answer all enquiries within working days but no further information. At which point my mailbox had already received several emails encouraging me to order things from Viervoeter (chill out with the spam guys!) and the request for me to leave my experiences here (which I received on monday before shipping was done).
The products look great so far but Viervoeter is robbing themselves of two stars with their poor logistics, annoying marketing and (so far) unhelpful customer service. Just ship me the device I already paid for... How hard can it be?
Update:
Ok, today we had a chance to install the Fresh 3 and for unclear reasons the Aqua Duo was shipped inside the Fresh 3 unit. Slightly strange but everything seems to have survived without damage that way.

I doubt a catrobot for a long time. This was not necessary because it was a great purchased. Never more in the rain cleaning my catlitter nox.
