We wanted to book a parking lot close to the apartment we rented,
We chose a specific parking lot and paid for it.
When we arrived at the parking lot, we found out that the reservation was made for a different parking lot far from the apartment.
Every attempt to explain to the parking lot owner that he would refund our money was of no use and in the end we had to leave and look for another parking lot close to the apartment we rented and in fact we had to pay for parking again.

However, we would like to clarify that our system does not randomly change the selected parking facility after a booking has been completed.
The parking location displayed in the booking confirmation is always the one chosen during the reservation process.
For this reason, the situation described is most likely the result of an incorrect parking selection or an issue with the address entered as the reference point for the search, which may have led to a different parking facility being booked than the one intended.
We understand the inconvenience this may have caused and recommend carefully reviewing the parking details shown before completing a reservation to ensure the selected location matches your needs.

DO NOT PARK HERE FOR ANY REASONS
Do not park here for any reasons, with them, anywhere.
There was a misunderstanding with parking in Pisa (Italy), as there was no sign of parking, due to their local negligence (I had taken photo), and they didn’t refund money and ignored all my request.
Lost €88 for parking ticket.
Had to pay €130 more, for another parking nearby.
They refuse to compensate me for lost and hunger, mentioning that they already closed billing cycle. Just nonsense.
Wrote to company CEO, who totally ignored my complaint, as they, perfectly, know you cannot take them to Court for these small money.
Will give name of negligent CEO, next month.
So, you always must inform other for their negligence, monthly like I do.
Do not park here for any reasons, and be very, very, very careful for their arrogance.
Most company are like that.
Only consult Trustpilot negative reviews, before buying anything.

We are disappointed to read this anonymous review, which does not accurately reflect the facts of the matter.
As the review has been posted anonymously, we cannot verify with certainty who the author is. However, based on the style, content and allegations made, we believe it may relate to a matter that was fully investigated and formally addressed several months ago.
As previously explained in our correspondence, no evidence of any service failure, negligence or wrongdoing on our part was identified. Our findings were clearly communicated at the time and the matter was considered closed.
Contrary to what is claimed, the complaint was neither ignored nor dismissed. It was reviewed, investigated and answered in detail.
The tone and content of this review are also consistent with a pattern of highly unusual and often extreme accusations publicly directed at multiple unrelated businesses. By way of example, statements published elsewhere by what appears to be the same individual include assertions such as:
"You can’t fight GOD will, when you are at TORT !!!" and "This matter can only be resolved in front of a Judge, in an Islamic Court under the Sharia Law."
We make no comment on such statements beyond observing that they speak for themselves.
Our conclusions are based exclusively on documented facts, evidence and correspondence relating to this case, not on speculation, threats or repeated publication of allegations.
The repetition of claims does not alter the facts, the evidence reviewed, or the outcome of our investigation.
We reserve all rights in relation to false, misleading or defamatory statements.

We had a place in the garage
We had a place in the garage. We thought that we could skip the "line to pay" and could leave the garage becuase we made the reservation and already have paid. We found out at the exit that we had to check out before drive to the exit. At that moment we did not make a lot of friends in this garage.

Accesso: al tuo arrivo ritira il ticket, recati all'Infopoint con la tua prenotazione ParkingMyCar e il ticket per validare il tuo ingresso e ricevere il biglietto per utilizzare il parcheggio. Se il personale non è momentaneamente presente puoi contattare il Servizio Clienti Saba, attivo 24h/24, tramite il citofono presente sulle casse automatiche."
Which translates as:
