We booked our parking in Italy from our home in Hastings Michigan. Unfortunately I was unable to download the app as it is not available in the United States. We will try when we get to milano. Easy so far👍🙂

Do note that if you are in US, the Google Play store does not allow for their app to be downloaded, you will need to use their website.

don't dictate to your customers that they have to use the App
Very straight forward in making the booking, how ever i did not like what i read on the confirmation email which stated that you must produce the voucher on your phone with the App. i will not . that's like telling you that you have to use the App. you would have got 5 stars but received 4 instead.

We are genuinely sorry to read your feedback, especially because the information regarding the parking facility you selected was correctly provided throughout the booking process.
The parking name and address are clearly displayed in the Details section of the offer, during the booking process, in the confirmation email, and on the voucher. The confirmation email also includes both the option to access the app and the "Voucher in PDF format" link, allowing you to view the address, Google Maps location, contact details, and all the instructions needed to reach the parking facility.
We would also like to clarify that, for the parking you booked, a shuttle service is never mentioned. Instead, it is clearly stated that the parking is located just a few minutes' walk from Naples Airport, and that access to the terminal is on foot.
We are sorry to see our service discredited over aspects that were already clearly communicated before the purchase. Our goal is to provide customers with all the information they need to make an informed choice, making it easily accessible during the search, booking, and after the reservation has been confirmed.
We always value customer reviews because they help us improve both our service and that of our partner parking facilities. However, we also hope they accurately reflect the booking experience and the information that was actually provided.

Just park your car and go to the airport in 5 minutes, the camera will recognize the number plate of your care entered during the booking process. In the instructions it is also written that the number can be set or changed at some time before the booked day.

Never use the app to make a booking!
Flight cancelled and money wasted on three days’ parking.
From now on, I’ll ring in advance the car park to make a reservation - without providing any credit card - or I will book directly on site!

For this very reason, your feedback leaves us somewhat puzzled, as the inability to receive a refund is not the result of a discretionary decision, but rather of the cancellation policy that is clearly stated throughout the entire booking process.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled parking entry time. This information is always displayed both when searching for parking options and during the booking process.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise at the last minute. That is precisely why we offer the Protection package, which allows customers to cancel their booking up to one minute before the parking start time, providing greater flexibility in case of a change of plans.
We would also like to clarify that ParkingMyCar operates as a booking platform: the parking space reserved through our portal remained allocated exclusively to your booking for the entire reserved period.
We believe it is important to emphasize that our booking, cancellation, and refund policies are always presented transparently, allowing every customer to make an informed decision before completing their purchase.
We carefully consider every review we receive, as it helps us continuously improve our service. However, we are sorry when a negative review stems from expectations that differ from contractual terms that were clearly communicated before the purchase.

non ti nascondiamo che il tuo feedback ci lascia al quanto perplessi.
Ci dispiace per quanto accaduto e comprendiamo il tuo disappunto per aver dovuto effettuare un secondo pagamento presso il parcheggio, nonostante avessi già pagato la prenotazione online.
Ci teniamo però a precisare che, come indicato nelle istruzioni presenti nella scheda del parcheggio e nel voucher, una volta ritirato il ticket all’ingresso era necessario recarsi presso l’Info Point e contattare il personale in loco per la convalida del ticket tramite la prenotazione ParkingMyCar.
Abbiamo infatti già contattato la società che gestisce il parcheggio e siamo attualmente in attesa di un loro riscontro per verificare l’accaduto e procedere con lo storno del pagamento effettuato in loco, qualora confermato.
Stiamo facendo il possibile per chiarire la situazione e risolverla nel modo più corretto possibile.
Ti aggiorneremo non appena riceveremo un riscontro dalla struttura.

The name and address of the parking facility are clearly displayed and easily accessible both in the “Details” section of the offer page and during the booking process, as well as on the booking confirmation page.
The name of the parking facility you selected is also clearly shown in the confirmation email. The same email includes instructions on how to download the app and access your voucher, which contains all the information needed to reach and contact the facility:
“Open the app to access your voucher and manage your booking.”
Immediately below the booking summary, you can also find the following instructions:
“How does the voucher work in the app? Download the app and log in using the email address entered during the booking process. If you haven’t already done so, make sure to set your password. Go to ‘My Parking Sessions’. Check your booking details, access the facility’s contact information and view the parking location on the map. You can independently modify your entry and exit dates or cancel your booking. On the scheduled day, show the voucher* on your smartphone to the parking staff. *Required in order to use the parking service.”
Furthermore, the voucher, which contains the address, Google Maps location and telephone contact details, can also be accessed directly from the confirmation email by clicking on “Voucher in PDF format”. This link is available in the “Manage your booking from the app” section, next to the QR Code for downloading our app.
We are sorry to see our service portrayed in this way, particularly because we make the terms and conditions of each booking clear from the very beginning.
