The globe was broke off the base on receipt, fixable but very disappointing

I've ordered from Paradise twice now. They are still very pleasant to work with, responsive, patient, and the quality of work is beautiful. I ordered a blue water drop plaque as a retirement gift and the colors were clean, true and beautiful. The lasering on the plaque was also beautiful. The lettering was balance, crisp and they did a fabulous job with lasering our company logo onto the plaque as well. Shipping is fast and item is very well packaged. Highly recommended and will order from here again for our next retiree.
