While they have added a lot of 'ai' tools for support, when i need human support = they're still there and quite fast.

Today I had an unusual issue as a website of mine was hacked, and a very cool guy in their support - called 'Radil Dimitrov' gave excellent service and brought the website back from the pit & all with good spirits...

SiteGround support was quick and efficient. I made a coding mistake on a backup script which pounded SiteGround's server getting my home IP address blacklisted. I thought it would take forever to get access again. But within two minutes, the SiteGround support team un-blocked me. They were easy to reach and quick to address my issue.

Rusi, my Siteground Live Chat person, helped me diagnose an Amazon Bot issue in mere minutes and we placed a simple snippet into the .htaccess file to limit the insanity of external bots eating site resources. Huzzah. Always impressed with Siteground assistance via Live Chat.
