Daniel picked up the chat within seconds, checked my account straight away and gave me a clear, honest answer: SiteGround only supports 1024-bit DKIM keys, and he sent me the exact TXT record so I could confirm it matched my Cloudflare setup. SiteGround has hosted our business sites for over 8 years, and the support team continues to be excellent. Recently they helped us dig into a tricky CloudFront + anti-bot captcha issue, explained how their security evaluates edge IPs, cleared a blocked CloudFront node, and walked through what they can and can’t whitelist. Clear answers, no runaround, and they actually resolved the visitor disruption. Reliable hosting and support I trust for production sites.

I greatly appreciate the time multiple people (not just one person) took to review my support request and consider my frustration. Though my expectations of the service was greater than what it should have been, each person that reviewed the service ticket was not responding to me writing again or arguing my point. Several people reviewed it and responded with additional responses and resolutions, none of which were differing. What I mean by that is, there wasn't anyone that undermined what the previous person wrote. They only built onto it in a way that was solution oriented. I never felt like they were ganging up on me. In fact, it was quite the opposite. It gave me the impression that SiteGround even handles customer service issues as a team, not just an isolated agent who has to put up with complaints to the point they don't even care. This experience felt like they care about their team, and I appreciate that because I know if a team takes care of each other then we get the best of what they have to offer.
