Jessica Evins is my POC. She has consistently, since my first interaction (a few years ago) given me A1 customer service. When I've had tight deadlines, she's come through every time. Makes me look like a hero but I tell my colleagues it's not me, it's Jessica. In addition to the excellent customer service, your company has great products.

Our organization has ordered from Edco before but this was my first time working with them. Nancy is our sales rep and she was so kind and incredibly helpful in assisting me. I called near the close of the day with a rush order and she helped me figure out what I needed and what could get to us in time for our big event - truly some of the best service I've ever gotten, and every time I speak with her it's an real pleasure and I feel cared for as a customer.
Our trophies came in on time, were packaged carefully, and they were absolutely beautiful. I loved having something so splendidly crafted for our recipients.
