A couple of days before I was due to fly out, my original flight was cancelled by the airline, and I was told they would not refund me. I was left incredibly stressed, scrambling to figure out how I was going to sort out my flights at such short notice.

That’s when Reese stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She handled everything so professionally, reassured me throughout the process, and took so much of the stress off my shoulders. With only two days before I was due to leave, she managed to get everything sorted and even obtained management approval to cover the cost of the cancelled flight without any hassle.

Reese went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it, and I genuinely appreciate all the effort she put in to make sure everything worked out.
