I am not too happy that I booked a Business First Class flights and my a leg to Miami was switched to Economy. That is not at all what I had. I was spoke with Mhena and told her what happened and she refused to switch it back to what it is supposed to be. She said it would be $275 extra.

Been a customer for 4+ years
Firstly I have been a customer for 4+ years and have booked multiple trip using PLT my latest booking i had missed a payment and they helped me catch up on that payment which finalised the eticket and the ticket was emailed to me within minutes from email being received. Highly and proudly recommended PLT.
