Flat Beds Reviews 

When returning from a return trip from Europe and after a missed flight misadventure, I checked in from Italy with Flat Beds and was assured that our return trip was assured and all was well. This proved to be incorrect and it led to considerable distress and significant additional expense. Flat Beds failed in its duty of care and was only prepared to compensate a fraction of the additional costs we incurred as a result. Very disappointed and would not recommend them.

From our first contact our consultant Tess was very helpful and provided advice and direction to us continually even setting up calendar reminders in preparation for booking our flights. We provided a broad scope of dates and that stopovers would fine … Tess found a deal that was so good we booked on the spot . After the booking and payment Tess sorted our seats , arranged all the itineraries added our Frequent Flyer details and checked in later to ensure everything was as we expected.

Tess was helpful and efficient. Recommended by friends so hope to continue the relationship. All very good.
