This is my first time using Flatbeds and speaking with Holly. I am very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism shown. Very fast response times between emails and refining my needs with plenty of options presented. As a solo traveller I have booked a scenic river cruise at a great price and am very exited to be cruising next year. Thanks Holly.

My recent albatross tours trip to Italy was everything I expected and more. The TD was fantastic, was a font of knowledge and understood our Aussie humour. The accommodation was great (including a castle), the provided meals reflected the local cuisine, and wine flowed freely. The whole bus (28) got a long well together and also had free time to enjoy individually. We visited tourist spots as well as lesser known small villages to get the real taste of Italy. A great trip!

Recent purchase during sale, the shop was very busy but the service was excellent. Very friendly staff and fave added info I needed at the time of purchase. Lovely.
