Nice personalization. Great customer service!

Came across this really original website so ordered one of their products, it was amazing and so original. I got it for my anniversary and couldn't believe my wife's reaction. I couldn't have been more pleased with the company as a whole and the service i received it was truly fantastic.

Teardrop pin arrived and such poor quality I was embarrassed to give it as gift. The advert suggest it’s bigger than it is it’s light weight and the photo wasn’t stuck on properly. The suggested engraving is actually a paper sticker. I complained but customer service is as poor quality as the product and I just got passed between messenger and email with no real reply.

Still waiting on my purchase so I can't comment on the quality, but I was led to believe they were based out of Katy, Texas. Turns out it's being sent from China. Was under the impression it was a American based company, but now waiting MINIMUM 3 weeks for the item to arrive from CHINA........... If I would have know this, probably wouldn't have ordered. Future customers....... Order your product AT LEAST 5 WEEKS before date needed .. I will update the review when/if product arrives.

I ordered a bunny in memory of my son who recently passed away. I put the wrong dates down by mistake and Joanne fixed it with no problem. I am so grateful and definitely recommend

I panicked when I realized I sent my item to the wrong address ! I left desperate messages. Pawperfect’s timely response corrected my error. Thank Goodness, and thank you Pawperfect !

First of all, the gift never made it out of China and they emailed to say the address is wrong and then asked for $11-12 to fix it. I told them no and to cancel it. They said they would send again no charge after I asked to cancel. The address was never incorrect. When I received the gift, it leaves a lot to be desired as it is just a metal blank coin shape with stickers on it and the stickers are not even straight. It is a great idea for a gift but poorly executed.

I ordered a gift for my son-in-law for his birthday. It had the perfect sentiment for him. Pawfecthouse processed and shipped the order. It arrived in NJ and the shipment was handed off to Speedx. Speedx was anything but speedy or helpful, but Pawfecthouse was great. They followed the shipping process with me, as painful as it was. My gift finally arrived 8 days after the latest date they promised. The gift was received just as happily as I hoped, so Pawfecthouse satisfied me in every way. I would recommend them.

Wow, really impressed with the customer service. I noted in a review that I felt the product I received did not reflect the product advertised. Customer service not only contacted me immediately and agreed with my assessment. They pulled the video of the product within 24 hours of my comment and replaced it with a new video that reflected the actual product accurately. They also provided a couple of options to make the situation right. Initially I did not think my comments would be heard, boy was I wrong! Kudos to the company for having top notch customer service which is rare these days.

Excellent customer service...fast polite and very satisfactory resolution to an issue . Definitely recommend products and company. Will be using again I'm sure .

The delivery courier lied, saying they had put my item in a safe place. It was left hanging out of my mail box and on checking for it, it was not there.
Pawperfect, through their support team organised a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service bearing in mind they were not to blame for the incident. Would not hesitate to recommend the company in the future

My package was replaced by pawfecthouse after I contacted them regarding a lost item I purchased, they sent a replacement at no cost to myself.
There customer service was first class and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered a custom blanket with images of my late dog. As the package was from China it took a couple if weeks to arrive. When it did, i thought that couldnt be it as was so small and light. Vacuum packed for ease, and lightweight material, albeit pretty good quality and really soft, actually felt heavier when out of the vacuum packaging.
Lovely blanket and would use them again. Loads of funky ideas and designs, you could easily go mad and order tonnes of things. I have to refrain... Thanks

Shipping took a very long time. It was from China, poor quality. The product I received was not what was displayed online. It was for a car vent but the product was HUGE. It also smealt really bad. I will not be ordering from here again.

I was very happy with the outcome of my order, however it was damaged during transit. I emailed the company who quickly sent out a replacement and a lovely apology. I thought the item was expensive at first but after seeing the product i’m glad i bought it.

I was very concerned about my mistake on my order but I followed the steps. And they helped me right away fixed the problem and all is well.

I feel ive been scammed.....asked for proof of order number etc ....gone cold on me since I sent it .

The speed of creating and receiving my order was great. Not receiving an immediate order confirmation e-mail w/ my order # was a little concerning in this day and age of internet & facebook scams. However, it all turned out perfect.
