I ordered a gift for my son-in-law for his birthday. It had the perfect sentiment for him. Pawfecthouse processed and shipped the order. It arrived in NJ and the shipment was handed off to Speedx. Speedx was anything but speedy or helpful, but Pawfecthouse was great. They followed the shipping process with me, as painful as it was. My gift finally arrived 8 days after the latest date they promised. The gift was received just as happily as I hoped, so Pawfecthouse satisfied me in every way. I would recommend them.

I ordered a gift from PawfectHouse.com (a reputable company), but when it arrived in New Jersey, Speedx took over the delivery from there. Said it was out for delivery on Aug 24. Then it was supposed to be delivered by Aug 25 and then Aug 28, and has since been rescheduled again. It is now Aug 31 and I get crickets when I try to get answers. Miles the Chatbot can't tell me anything about where the package is or when it will be delivered. The phone number that I called initially and waited on the phone for 15 minutes, suddenly disconnected when I got to "your next". I emailed PawfectHouse and requested them to recreate and reship my order, to never use Speedx again and that I wanted my order reshipped using another company. Hopefully my gift will be sent and received before my relative's next birthday!

Kathe is the ultimate professional. She will work with you to review your options and she will make recommendations. No pressure tactics. Very knowledgeable, good advice and pleasant discussions. I would recommend her to anyone who has Medicare questions. She is a true professional.

I've searched for ear plugs for a very long time and hoped these would work for me. They were pretty comfortable, but sadly I could still hear sounds even after several attempts, as I am a very light sleeper. The customer service personnel were fabulous throughout my purchase and return process. They were quick to respond to my emails and very apologetic regarding the slow US to Slovenia return process.
