Thanks to the platform, I have started to teach home and I find it very convenient. One of the features that I appreciate, is the shared board during the classes. The procedure is easy and smart, I would just appreciate the payment system to be different, as it only gets transferred if its over 20 euros. If you have few students, and they pay x class, you might wait 2 weeks for that payment, if you take less per class.

Good customer service. They really support their students and teachers.

Deceptive Subscription (Be ware of hidden fee)
They tell you "Se te cobrarán 29€ sólo si tu profesor/a acepta tu solicitud de clases." But what they do NOT tell you is that there's monthly subscription of 29 euros. Misleading wording and processes, tricking you make believe there's no other cost as many others have reported.

They trick you into automatic payments. I only noticed when a second payment went off of my PayPal. I basically paid €78 for a teacher to tell me they’re not available. Stay away from this app!

The first thing I appreciated at Superprof was that I didn't have to make a video in order to be able to place and ad. Moreover, it allows me full freedom in the way I teach. I also love the fact that I can translate my ads into all the languages I can teach in, thereby increasing the possibility to get more students. I get a constant flow of people contacting me and this is my primary source not income!

Basically a scam. You do one lesson and they silently auto subscribe you to a £39 per month fee just to use the platform. So if you like me try it, don't find it that helpful and then don't revisit it for a year. A lot of money for nothing.

I've been a teacher in Superprof for over a year now. It's been a great experience. I've been contacted by many students all over Spain, so I'm really grateful. Whenever I had an issue, Superprof customer service was there to help :)

I have been registered as a teacher on Superprof
for 5 years, and it is by far the best classifieds platform for all types of lessons. The platform is very professional, and the people who sign up there — both teachers and students — are equally serious. It offers an incredible variety of courses with teachers whose profiles are verified. The advance payment system makes it possible to connect with motivated people and avoids wasting time, unlike free classifieds websites. I recommend Superprof 1000% for any kind of learning or teaching experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Superprof’s refund process.

I contacted a teacher only to confirm whether they could offer the specific service I needed. After speaking with them, I realized it was not what I was looking for, and I requested a refund the same day. No lesson was delivered and no service was provided.

Superprof’s messaging gave me the impression that if it didn’t work out, I could get my money back. Instead, my request has been under “investigation” for more than a week, and they are now refusing the refund because the teacher is supposedly “available.”

That completely misses the point. The teacher being available to offer something I do not want is not the same as me receiving the service I paid for.

This feels misleading and unfair. I would be very careful before paying for Superprof.

I am very happy with Superprof, I have met some very lovely people and been able to teach classes in subjects I enjoy. I would love it even more if there were an application in order to facilitate messaging with students. Note: Not all the students that write to you will result in a class because it is definitely based on your communication.

Having new students was great being a member on this app.
