Excellent Support and an Impressively Organized Platform! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m genuinely impressed with Preply! The support team was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout my experience.

What impresses me most is how well-organized the platform is. Every team seems to work together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine. There is clearly a tremendous amount of effort, coordination, and dedication behind the scenes.

As a tutor, I truly appreciate the work that goes into making this platform run so efficiently.

I have taken over 60+ hours of lessons from 2 tutors. They are excellent tutors. The company's billing practices are why I rated them 2 stars. I have paid a lot of money for a Spanish tutor and a Korean tutor. They are great. But the company keeps charging my account and then notifies me that I have lost the money/classes because I did not use the classes. Well, of course not; how can I attend all of the classes they have charged me for in the short window of opportunity? Keep an eye on your credit card charges. Keep track of how many classes you have actually taken. Their platform is not user-friendly. I am an ESOL teacher for another company; our platform is very user-friendly. from a very dissapointed student.

tried so many times to cancel subsequent payments but it was clear....There was an option to cancel the subscription but I still had paid lessons still scheduled and didn't want them to be cancelled, so its was very confusing... In the end, I had used up all my paid lessons for a month, but was then charged for a second month of which I didn't use at all as there was no need for it, couldn't get my money back and in the end had to close my account to prevent any further payments from being taken

The team understood the situation and my request and they offered me a solution.

I am very satisfied with Preply, especially with my German teacher, Irene. I really appreciate the flexibility of the monthly hours and the cancellation and refund policy from the platform.

Great app to learn with, easy to use, my tutor is really nice and I learn fast with her, I recommend this great app to learn 🇭🇺 Hungarian with.

I am both a student and a tutor on the platform and its been working great for me. The platform support is really good and quick. The only thing to keep in mind is that the lessons expire within 28 days, but if you schedule them all to some day in the future you wont loose them.

Preply takes into consideration both It's tutors and students. They have a wonderful customer service.

My experience with Preply has been very positive, both as a tutor and as a student. I use the platform from both perspectives, which allows me to appreciate its advantages even more.
As a tutor, I feel supported and guided throughout my work. I really appreciate having access to helpful assistance, teaching materials and useful tools to prepare and deliver my lessons. The platform also makes many practical aspects of teaching much easier, from managing my schedule to handling payments. The protection and support provided to tutors are also important aspects, as they allow me to work with greater peace of mind and focus on what matters most: my students and the quality of my lessons.
As a student, I find Preply simple, intuitive and very easy to use. What I particularly like is the wide variety of tutors, languages and learning opportunities available. Everyone can find a tutor who matches their level, interests and personal goals. The platform offers great flexibility and makes learning accessible and tailored to individual needs.
What I appreciate most is being able to experience Preply from both sides. It's more than just a platform connecting tutors and students; it genuinely supports both throughout their learning and teaching journeys. I would definitely recommend it!
