I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for 12 months prior to trying the cork innersoles from Stryda. Within 2 weeks I found the issue in my left foot has become far less painful fast forward... See more

These innersoles honestly saved my feet, and my job!
I work long hours on my feet, sometimes up to 12 hours without a break, on hard concrete floors. It got to the point where I would cry in the mornings just putting my feet on the floor and trying to walk. My feet were so painful that if they were squeezed from the sides, I would scream. It genuinely felt like the bones inside my feet were broken.
I tried expensive shoes and wasted so much money trying to find something that would help. Then one day I saw your ad on Facebook and thought I had nothing left to lose, so I decided to give your innersoles a try.
I haven’t looked back!
I’ve now been using them for a year and a half and haven’t had that foot pain again. They’ve made such a difference that I got my husband onto them too, and now we both have multiple pairs for our different shoes.
I tell everyone about these innersoles and how much they helped me. Going from being in tears trying to walk in the morning to being able to work long days on my feet without that pain has been incredible.
Thank you for making such an amazing product. They genuinely changed my life! ❤️
I have had the shoes for 3 weeks now and still find them very hard. I have done the adjustment period of starting with a few hours and now wear them for the full day. They are comfortable enough to not take them off but do find them very hard. How long do they take to wear in properly?
Thien has been extremely responsive, helping me ascertain my size. The shoes arrived very quickly and were the perfect length and width. It's hard to find shoes that look good, are comfy, and have the wide toe box - thanks Stryda. I am recovering from a plantar tear, and these shoes are wonderful! The tear is in the plate, causing a hammar toe.

STRYDA soles are genuinely so good. I was incredibly skeptical at first because I honestly didn’t think anything could be better than custom orthotics. But within seconds of putting them on, they relieved pain I’ve been dealing with for years.
I’m genuinely obsessed with how much of a difference they’ve made and how they’ve made my feet feel. If I could glue them to my feet permanently, I genuinely would 😂
Safe to say, everyone in my life will now be getting STRYDA soles as gifts! 😂🙌

The insoles give me zero relief. I would like to request a refund

Really like the raised met pad…a little more significant than most foot beds!

As a woman in construction that is on her feet for 10+ hours a day. These Insoles fixed my plantar fasciitis when nothing else did! I tried everything and almost gave up. Cannot recommend them enough!

The after sales customer service. I also find that the cork inserts support the feet extremely well.

I tore my knee meniscus but it's not dislodged yet, so I was looking for products that would give me some relief apart from going to physio.
Please note that I have been a barefoot shoes wearer, so I have been used to the firm ground feel. Because of that I didn't spend much time getting acquainted to the insoles.
I initially bought 2 pairs of comfort cork insoles (15/7/26). The insoles surprisingly gave relief to my knee pain because of its unique support both at the arches and the forefoot. Because it reduced my pain from a 9 to a 3, in the first 2-3 days, I didn't hesitate to buy the shoes 2 week afterwards (30/7/26)
For the shoes, I can confirm that they do suit people with wide feet. I have 1 foot E and another foot is EE so I struggle to fit in normal sneakers (everything is wide or barefoot shoes for me). The shoes for well, have a good arch support. They also gave good support with zero drop, which was what I have been looking for. The sole of the shoes are grippy and I have no issues walking on wet surfaces too.
My only minor issue is that I have very small feet, 22.5 cm. The shoes stretched out a bit as I've broken into them, so I will now have to wear thicker socks.

These are my second pair of these great shoes. My first had the thin innersoles and i made a mistake in not reordering the thinner soles. The thicker soles were too tight for my feet but excellent customer service has helped me resolve the issue.

Your product is great. Love them.
Maybe your sizing is a bit off. Did what you said, traced my feet, compared that measurement to your chart and ordered them. You said I was xs. They definitely work great but my toes hang over the edge, lucky my problem is more in my heals. Will definitely order again, next time s

It's been hard to find a good quality orthotic with podiatrist backing that has the metatarsal dome .Has made an immediate difference to the pain from a plantar plate injury .Easy to change between shoes and arrived very promptly in the post

This product is excellent; it has provided significant relief for my plantar fasciitis by offering good heel support. I am still in the recovery phase and have worn them for approximately 80 hours. I particularly appreciate the wide toe box and the zero-drop design, and the overall craftsmanship is commendable.

I purchase the black shoes for work. Being on my feet all day was really very painful. Toes all miss aligned.
Was recommend to slowly introduce wearing the shoes but I jumped right in and wore them for 10 hours straight and was looking forward to taking them off when I got home. Next morning I thought I'd wear my old pair of work shoes, had them on for 5 minutes then put the STRYDA back on and have been wearing them ever since. Only shoes I'll be wearing for work
Highly recommended

I have used Stryda insoles for quite some time now and they help with my foot pain significantly. I decided to try a pair of the shoes and have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and they are working great, a whole lot less plantar fasciitis and heel pain. I am confident that they will help reset my feet so that my foot pain goes away. Very happy with them.

The insoles are a miracle for my Morton’s neuroma. I have zero pain and no longer fear being on my feet. I’m travelling later in the year and am going to be walking thousands of steps a day and I know that I won’t even think about my feet. I’m ordering another pair of insoles as well as some stryda shoes. My husband is getting the shoes in time for our trip as well. These insoles have had such a major impact on my life. Surgery is no longer a consideration, my feet are great now.

After recovering from a non-displaced ankle fracture and reaching the seven-week mark, I was transitioning out of my moon boot and looking for a shoe that would provide the support I needed to continue my rehabilitation safely and confidently. I kept seeing these shoes on social media and decided to give them a try.
I’m so glad I did! While the moon boot offered little support for my plantar fasciitis, these shoes have been an absolute game changer. From the moment I put them on, they felt incredibly supportive, comfortable, and stable. They’ve helped make the transition back to regular footwear much easier and have provided the support my feet really needed during recovery.
I wear them all the time now and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you're recovering from an injury or simply need a supportive, comfortable shoe, I highly recommend giving these a go!

I’ve been wearing the Stryda Soles for at least a couple of years now. I first got them as I was experiencing heel pain. My pain didn’t disappear until just a few months ago. Might have been a combination of these inasoles & a change of pace on holiday. Everyone’s different I know. Anyway, I love how they feel in my shoes. At first they felt a bit hard as it’s something quite different compared to all the foam padded runners out there. However they don’t take long to wear in & you won’t go back. I much prefer wearing these inasoles in my shoes now & feel more balanced & supported in my shoes. I purchase new insoles around every 6 months. Thank you Stryda.
