I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. I should have kept working with Restream. Cost me 4 times more and it is very hard to customise. I have to stay here for 1 year but never again.

Waiting for support regarding an…

Waiting for support regarding an annoying auto-zoom issue

I am extremely frustrated with recent changes to the studio. I am using a green screen (Chroma Key) setup configured for a 16:9 aspect ratio widescreen display.

Suddenly, the studio automatically cropped everything into a square frame. Because of this forced square layout, the image is stretched and loses resolution, making my entire background look blurry and unprofessional.

I have submitted a request to fix this layout distortion and am waiting for an urgent reply. I sincerely hope you fix this configuration and restore the proper 16:9 widescreen handling immediately.
