Its been almost a month since my sales…
Its been almost a month since my sales and my payout is still pending. I have sent multiple messages via support system and they are just being ignored.
I have also emailed the hello@lemonsqueezy address and again also being ignored!!!!
BE WARNED... YOU MIGHT FIND IT HARD TO GET YOUR MONEY.
Ill have to take legal action if I dont get any responses in the next 7 days.!
Payout failed and no support response…
Payout failed and no support response in over 24 hours
Muzica store (merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy).
My Stripe account has been in Restricted status since
26 March 2026, causing three payout cycles to silently
fail (April, May, June). I only learned about this on
14 July when the July payout of 421.61 USD also failed.
I have sent 5 support messages in 24+ hours (two to
agent Richard Roxas, three via Contact Support).
Zero substantive response so far.
Four months of held funds without any proactive
notification from Lemon Squeezy is not acceptable
for a merchant of record service.
Will update this review if the case is resolved.
Poor communication, poor transparency, and a frustrating overall experience.
Waste of time. I spent over a week waiting for my store to be activated, only to find out—after chasing down customer support myself—that my perfectly legitimate SaaS product wasn't allowed after all.
The worst part is that this could have been communicated from the start instead of after I'd already set everything up. Customer support is also unnecessarily difficult to find on their website.
To top it off, there's no way to delete your own account. I had to contact support again just to have it removed.
Poor communication, poor transparency, and a frustrating overall experience.
Pathetic situation with Lemon Squeezy.
Pathetic situation with Lemon Squeezy.
I was one of their earlier users, well-wishers, and someone who genuinely provided feedback over time that I believe helped shape the product in some small way.
But apparently none of that matters when their automated systems decide your businesses are not legitimate.
I had 3 legitimate businesses running through their platform. One of them was active, receiving payments, and serving real clients. Another one was just about to launch its Pro edition, I had already done all the work and was almost ready to publish.
Then suddenly, without any prior notice, all 3 of my stores were suspended.
The worst part is that the money I had already earned from one of the stores seems to have disappeared. I cannot access it, I cannot get a clear explanation, and I am not getting my payouts back either.
No proper reason. No useful communication. No real support. Just everything gone overnight.
This is genuinely scary for SaaS founders and indie builders. We build real products, serve real users, and depend on platforms like this to handle payments. But if a company can suddenly suspend everything, hold payouts, and not explain anything clearly, then how are founders supposed to trust them?
It feels like users do not matter anymore. Just automated systems, account bans, and generic responses.
The Trustpilot reviews say a lot.
Seems like a scam - Avoid
I chose LS because it was a MOR, the designe was good and it seemed easy to settup. I took a few days / week to setup everything. Once everything was ready for me to test the preview didn't work, the page wouldn't show up on my website. I asked for help. I just got an answer 8 days later... How are we suppose to do business that way? And the answer is "clear your cache". Really bad, seems like a scam. I switched to Payhip works great, had it runing in 3 hours.
Incredibly disappointed by opaque…
Incredibly disappointed by opaque onboarding and lack of support for creators
Review:
I am deeply disappointed with my experience trying to onboard with Lemon Squeezy for my software launch. I provided 100% of the verification documentation requested of me, only to receive a sudden, automated denial right before our official launch date. In my opinion, their underwriting process feels arbitrary, unfair, and borderline discriminatory toward legitimate digital product creators.
They offer absolutely no transparency or specific reasoning for why a compliant business is rejected, leaving small entrepreneurs completely stranded at critical moments. If you are planning a hard launch date, be aware that their compliance team can pull the rug out from under you with zero explanation. I cannot recommend them to developers who need a reliable, transparent partner.
orst decision to use Lemon Squeezy for my business
Using Lemon Squeezy has been the worst decision for my business. They delayed my payment by 10 days with no prior notice or explanation and this wasn't a one-time thing. They did it around four separate times. Every time I got close to the payout date, they pushed it back again.
Then, as soon as I was finally near to receiving my funds, they suspended my account. Now there's no way to reach them other than email, and I'm getting no replies at all. I have no idea what's happening to my money or whether I'll ever see it.
The whole pattern feels deliberate. Avoid them if you value getting paid on time and being treated like a real customer.
My store application was rejected…
My store application was rejected without any specific reason or actionable feedback. Support only gave generic explanations about “risk standards” and payment processors, and the resubmission button is disabled. There is no clear way to fix the issue or apply again. Extremely frustrating experience - I strongly do not recommend this service at all.
DO NOT USE - Payouts are held for months without explanation
I am writing this review after a month-long struggle to receive my payout. Despite providing all verified documents and complying with all requests, Lemon Squeezy has failed to release my funds.
They provided a "Trace ID" weeks ago, which my bank (Inward Remittance Department) has officially confirmed does not exist in the banking network. When I confronted them with this bank confirmation, they became non-responsive and continue to miss their own internal timeframes.
My business is a registered entity, and I have provided all requested documentation, yet my legitimate earnings are being withheld without any valid reason. All communicated time windows for my payout have expired.
I am now being ignored by their support team despite providing concrete evidence that the transaction never occurred. If you are a business owner looking for a reliable payment processor, look elsewhere. Lemon Squeezy's support is not transparent, and their payout reliability is highly questionable.
I demand the immediate release of my funds or an official SWIFT MT103 document that can be verified by my bank.
Must be a scam
Signed up, spent an hour setting up my profile and store, and did the photo id verification. They then denied my account saying they no longer support SaaS or Software products. I was confused because that's the whole reason I thought they existed as a company. I reached out and their rep "Issac Abraham" told me the only way they would accept me was if I gave them access to my personal social media accounts!
Do NOT use. No support and constant issues.
LemonSqueezy has been a constant source of frustration and is not fit for any business use.
Support is extremely slow to the point of being useless. It can take weeks to get responses, even when revenue is affected or urgent issues are involved.
The bigger issue is the review and enforcement process. Stores can suddenly be placed under “audit” or “review” with little warning or explanation. The company often blames credit card processor requirements as the reason, but this does not change the fact that merchants are left in limbo with no clear timeline or real answers. Even stores with no violations or performance issues can be impacted.
On top of that, the product itself is weak in key areas. Subscription management is unreliable, and basic actions like pauses, cancellations, and refunds are either broken or unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, LemonSqueezy is unstable, unsupported and overall a giant mess. I cannot emphasize to anyone looking to use this platform more, do not even entertain it.
Spend days working on it, just to get rejected.
I spent days setting up Lemonsquezy and connecting it to my product.
Then, when I tried to go live with sales, my request was denied. I’ve invested over 1,300 hours in my product total and done everything possible to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.
Yet my application is still rejected. When I ask why, they just say, “Well, you know, there are a lot of processes involved, and the bottom line is, we can’t approve your store.”
Thanks. For nothing. Total waste of time - I’m extremely dissatisfied!
Ai told me to use this. Its crap
Ai told me to use this. Its crap. Take ages to get any response from support (if you can find them) and im stil waiting to be verified after 2 days
A terrible support
A terrible support - I input a correctly Company tax code but this website rejected it.
Trying to contact to all support's method but there's no response.
If you plan to coporate with a site like this, let's change your mind if you don't want your money disspear one day
Lemon Squeezy belongs to Stripe
Lemon Squeezy belongs to Stripe, and they're doing it on purpose so everyone thinks 'every platform except Stripe is crap,' then they move to Stripe, open a US LLC, and end up paying taxes to the US again... an agent..
No reaction from customer support - they keep payment but do not deliver
Unfortunately I have to share our bad experience with Lemon Squeezy. We have bought a boilerplate and received a confirmation of our payment.
The download link was not active and Lemon Squeezy did not react on any of our questions how to proceed.
Worst IT Experience in over 30 years
This is by far the WORST customer/technical support I have ever received in my over 30 years of experience with IT. I desperately tried for over 6 weeks to get support from these guys. They continually got everything wrong and even deleted my account by accident. Stay far away from business.
No support insane fees
Hhh, i did had a hope to read reviews before i create an account and make 1k$ and 150$ of taxes is gone over 50$ of fees, i still have to pay my country taxes hhhhh, 1 month payout, impossible to upscale (any alternative please ?), 4 days still no response from support, they replied less than 12h when creating account...
