Horrible organization...how can they possibly give Canada a 6 point deduction when the team (players) had NOTHING to do with their coach spying. So it's ok to penalize the players for something that was done completely out of their control?? Makes no sense. I'd give FIFA 0 (ZERO) stars if I could. FIFA clearly has a hatred for Canada.

Worst experince ever. Order the jersy 2 times they sent wrong size every single time. When contacted them they are just sending automated emails back. Not able to talk to anyone over the phone or email. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is a coparate scam... even though it is the official fifa shop its prices do seem cheap in the checkout shipping costs triple the items in your cart in some cases not to say that taxes are not included in every product making the prices seem low and are left out till the very end ihenrently falsley advertising to the consumer

Do not buy on Fifa Store. We bought and it never arrived. We have been in contact but they say it has been received. We’ve checked this has happened to more clients. Not a sure shop.

I think the store is some sort of scam. If you contact them you get automated reply. They use ups to deliver and I never received the goods or an explanation.

First I asked about a size guide because they don't provide one and on their FAQs it says to see the size guide by each item. But there isn't one...they responded to my email saying that I should received tracking information soon. But I hadn't ordered...

Anyways, I finally just purchased a black sweatshirt size L hoping for the best. I did get an order confirmation but no shipping email or confirmation. The next thing I know I have an email from the Australian Post (I am in the US) that an order is delayed.

I emailed FIFA and asked if they were shipping from Australia and would I expect to pay customs? No response.

I finally GET the package and it is the wrong color! They want me to send it back to Australia and then they will send me another package...Not exactly the outcome I want. Plus if it gets lost on the way back I don't get a refund!!!

FIFA is not only corrupt but inept!

Imagine paying MORE in express shipping than the actual order so they would guarantee it would before Christmas and here I am 20 days later (4 days after Christmas) still waiting.

I had to run after my purchase after seeing it was not shipped in 7 days, customer service wasn’t great on the website kept getting the same thing over and over, checked reviews on here and believed I may have been scammed, but in the end I got speaking to real customer service threw there email address who had my item shipped promptly and it arrived today, excellent quality and item exactly as described. Had to take one star off for delivery issue

Absolutely shocking customer service !! Order placed on the 28th of November , still no email stating that order has been sent , no reply to emails sent , chasing refund now 2 days before Christmas Day for my daughters Christmas gift. Absolutely appalling service and I will be making this known as far up FIFA as I can

Despite this being the official FIFA store my experience left me feeling as though I was dealing with scammers. If I could give their service a minus score I would. I ordered three WC shirts for my grandson for Christmas. When they hadn't arrived after a week I used their online chat tool and was told the order hadn't registered with their warehouse. After being told they would look into the case and hearing nothing, I messaged again. This time I was told they had no record of the order so I had to send a screenshot of the email confirming payment. They again promised to look into it. This happened another two times. On the third occasion I asked for refund. They asked for proof of the money leaving my account so I sent a screenshot of the transaction. Then they said they didn't have any proof that this was just a pending payment and the money hadn't actually left my account or had been refunded by my bank, as such they required written confirmation from my bank that the money had not been refunded or credited back into my account. In the end I contacted my bank - they refunded me the £123 I had spent and have taken on chasing the refund on my behalf. I cannot stress this any clearer: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS..!!!!

If I could give no stars I would!! Absolutely appalling customer service. Item not showing up for weeks when I get in touch with them oh it hasn't even left our warehouse. I check it out online, it's no longer in stock and they were just sending me round in circles with their crap! Now just waiting on a refund, we'll see how long that takes

The product never arrived. After I asked for information they tell me that UPS tried to deliver the package several times (not true!) and then was returning back to senders. After almost a month i still don't see the refund. Really bad expérience

Chat service awful, no response to emails.

Placed an order for the wrong item (my fault). Tried to cancel via chat within an hour. Finally got a response on chat, that they would email and have the order cancelled. Didn't happen, haven't received item, haven't had refund!

Disgraceful organisation

Item still not shipped or received and it's been 2 months. The phone line doesn't go through to anyone and the chat function and emails just get standard responses "we need to hear back from another department". I've emailed about 5 times and done 3 chats. Still no headway. DO NOT order from FIFA store.

Appalling. Women’s World Cup shirts STILL haven’t arrived. Emails always say the same, live chat is awful and doesn’t get you anywhere other than angry at being repeatedly fobbed off or cut off.

Ticket resale platform
I have sold ticket on official ticket resale platform, for Qatar 2022.
Since December 2022 I didn't get my refund yet!
Such a disappointed service.
I have write the through they platform but no answers.
It's difficult to find the right contact and to get solution.

Terrible customer service. The item arrived quickly, but it turned out to be too big. Simple reason for a return, right? But no... not with FIFA shop - it's been a week of me chasing them to provide me with a return address! None is indicated on the website, no return label is included. I had to email them photos of the item, the packaging etc for an INVESTIGATION! Still no address to return the item. If I knew this would so painful I would never ordered from them! And I will never order in the future! I really hope to get my money back.

I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The worst customer experience in my entire life.
I ordered 2 shirts for the Women's World Cup as a gift. One shirt arrived within a week, another still hasn't. No one replies by email, Live Chat is very poor, no understanding what is a proper customer service.

After 2 months I finally received the other parcel (also had to declare it for some reason now), opened it and it's a completely wrong item: wrong national team + kids size instead of Women.

I have contacted them more than 5 times in Live Chat but the last one today with Malika just impressed me so much. No respect, no response, just left the chat when I was waiting for their response ...
