Buying the insurance buying insurance is simple but getting reimbursed is the real test
Buying the insurance was simple like any other travel insurance website. The real review should reflect the claims experience. Insurance companies make it quick to take your money but when you need to file a claim for reimbursement, they make it so, so difficult and frustrating so you end up not getting paid out, even with legitimate claims. I hope Travel Defenders live up to their name and advocate for me if I ever have to file a claim and get the run around.
