I had a great experience with Stamprints! I accidentally approved the wrong version of our logo during the proofing process, and when I reached out, Maria was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though the mistake was mine, they offered to remake the embossing clip at no cost, which was above and beyond what I expected.

Their customer service was responsive, understanding, and easy to work with throughout the process. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its customers like this. I really appreciate their willingness to help and would definitely order from Stamprints again. Highly recommend!

I would like to sincerely thank the entire StamPrints team, especially Lucy, for the outstanding support throughout the whole process.

To give a little context, we ran into some shipping issues with my order here in Brazil, where I live. At no point did Lucy let me feel worried or unsupported, or make me think that my order wouldn't arrive. Her customer service went far beyond anything I had expected. Every response was quick, clear, thoughtful, and genuinely professional. It's hard to put into words how reassuring and gratifying the entire experience was.

Beyond the excellent service, the product itself is absolutely flawless. We worked together to create the custom design for the embosser, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I bought it as a gift for my wife, who is an avid reader, and she absolutely loved it. Having her own personalized mark for her personal library meant so much to her.

I wholeheartedly recommend StamPrints to anyone considering a custom embosser. I truly hope your experience is just as wonderful as mine was.

Superb customer service! Flawless in the design of the original embosser that I ordered, and when I reached out to them they immediately modified the design and sent a new embosser right away. Stamprints did an exceptional job from start to finish.
I ordered a custom embossing seal of our company Logo and an embosser, and the quality has exceeded my expectations. The embosser is beautifully made, easy to use, and produces a crisp, professional impression every time.

The only issue I encountered was with the delivery. Everi temporarily lost my parcel, but Lucy at Stamprints responded immediately and arranged to send a replacement without hesitation. Fortunately, the original package miraculously turned up before the replacement was dispatched. It was reassuring to see such proactive and customer-focused service.

We've been using the embosser on gold seal stickers for our company's training certificates, and the embossed seals give the certificates a premium, professional finish and add a level of authenticity that people immediately notice.

Overall, a good experience. The embosser we ordered is top notch and works flawlessly. Embossing is extremely crisp and excellent quality. The shipping leaves something to be desired though. My order was originally shipped using GoFo and they are absolutely horrible and demanded my home address to deliver as they claimed they couldn't deliver to my place of business. I worked with Customer Service Rep Maria to have the order re-shipped using FedEx and the item was finally delivered at no additional cost. Maria was extremely attentive and handled everything with the utmost professionalism and speediness. Customer Service is a 10 out of 10!

If there was a 0/5 stars option that’s what I’d rate them. They sell stamp pads from Amazon, put their company’s sticker on them, and mark up the price over 50%!!! Trodat stamp pads are what they are pretending is their original product. Their custom acrylic stamps look like something a kid could have made. They have fuzz and fingerprints permanently etched on the acrylic blocks. I wrote to customer service at least 5 times and they dodged my questions regarding transparency, over pricing and an overall lack of customer service. In addition to overcharging me, they sent me the wrong product and will not rectify the issue. Use Stampin’ Up products or any other option but their website. This company is not a legit business nor do they have any ethical standards whatsoever! Buyer beware!!!

I recently ordered 2 embossers. I reached out after placing the order asking if they would add a gift note. I received an immediate response and they so graciously not only added my personal note but gift wrapped the embossers and sent me photos of what was being shipped out! Great customer service, quick ship time! What a pleasant surprise to have such easy communication and great customer service from a business I just stumbled upon online!

My experience was amazing with this company. I ordered a custom embosser and I have to say the quality of the embosser was amazing! The picture was exactly what I sent in and they sent back proofs to make sure it was what I wanted prior to making it. I truly feel like the customer service was great and nothing like previous reviews left. Support was friendly and helped me with a concern I had about the image I sent in to them. I sent them an image that was a little too busy and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product even though I was the one who made a mistake. I recommend anyone who wants an embosser to order here!
