I ordered previously and tried to reorder as a happy customer. During the process I had to decline multiple upsell attempts, eventually got to what I thought was the last stage and they added a 'prize' I did not want and had already declined to my order with no way to remove as it immediately confirmed. I cancelled the order immediately and my bank cancelled my card. 2 hours later I receive an email saying the order is shipped already and I have to send it back. This is a scam. I won't get shipping back and there is zero chance its actually shipped. Do not order this fairly decent product as the company are thieves.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT! I misplaced the snore guard that my dentist made for me and decided to order one from Sleepzee. The on-line reviews seemed to be very positive. After using it for just one night my teeth could no longer touch. A month later and I still cannot clench my teeth, have incured multiple dental visit costs and have to do jaw exercises daily. It is going to take at least six weeks before I can chew again. On the plus side, I have lost a few pounds being on a liquids only diet.

Should have looked at other reviews. Went directly to the Sleepzee website to order 1 mouth guard as I had seen warnings of ordering knock off copies from other sites. Ordered one with a 50% discount, clicked on the checkout, then entered banking details. No option for PayPal by the way, then it takes you to other offers. There were so many and I thought I had declined each one. This is how they get you. I must have declined at least 5 other offers but there must have been more, then I chose standard delivery, I confirmed my order and the next thing I knew it had also included two other items totally an extra $33 dollars and it was all done and confirmed. Haven't even received a confirmation email from the company yet so god knows if I will even receive it. Very very sneak and dodgy !!!!!!!

I ordered a product (mouth guard) costing around $100. The product was ordered 3 months ago. No shipping info provided. Product never arrived. Customer support not helpful at all, keep saying they are looking into the problem. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They are thieves. Take your money and do not provide you with products purchased or customer support. Total scam!

Sent multiple requests to return and get a refund within the 30-day time frame you never got a response until after that 30 days was over and was then told there was nothing I could do to get a refund product did not fit. And I had and showed documentation of requests within time frame.

Scammers!!!!! Do not order from them.

The item is horrible, hard as a rock, there is no way to fit it no mtter what you do, it is impossible to communicate with the company. I lost my money and had to trow out the items after over 2 months trying to return then. Don't fall for that scam

I ordered 1 x piece
On confirmation they charged me for 5 x pieces! I immediately made contact to advise them and ask them to cancel the order to enable me to re order 1 x again.
They immediately told me, not possible, items already packed for shipment. I own 7 online shops & know it is possible to refund your client & assist with continuing the ( good ) experience. I was advised I can courier the extra 4 x back on my own costs & they will refund me after receiving back. A very upsetting experience.

Do not give these people your money.

Their website is filled with "Gotcha" web design that will automatically add unwanted items to your order and charge you immediately for those items without any final confirmation. They will also conveniently be unable to answer any support tickets submitted to them due to "High volume", which forces you past their shipping and cancellation cutoffs without any ability to stop these charges, and force you through several flaming hoops just to return their crappy "Dr. Oz" style bonus products.

This kind of marketing should not be encouraged. These people aren't marketing a product, they are setting up a confidence scam hoping you won't bother to challenge the additional charges.

I ordered the Sleepzee to help me stop snoring while on a European vacation with me sister. I have travelled with her before and she said that I snored loudly. I live alone and did not realize how much I snored. I purchased the Sleepzee based on the reviews to stop snoring.
It did not work at all. It was big and bulky and was not comfortable in my mouth. Once in your mouth you cannot drink water. It did not stop the snoring at all. It did not stay in my mouth. I would find the mouthpiece in the bed or on the floor the next morning.
I asked for a refund from the company. They offered me a 25% refund due to the cost of returning the item. I said that I should receive a complete refund, but I settled on a 50% refund and I can keep the item.
Customer service was fast, but the item is terrible. I do not recommend this product. I am a woman so maybe the mouthpiece is for a man's mouth?

I threw it away after 2 mos. It's awful! Too many moving parts. Main complaint is mold. There are too many crannies to clean it daily and no instructions in packaging to pull it apart to clean out the bacteria in the middle crevices. After pulling the thing apart, I had 4 pieces that wouldn't re-ensemble properly so I slept with the thing in two pieces. Just purchased a streamlined one-piece device from a competitor with no crannies. It's a sleek one piece device that molds to your mouth properly and super easy to clean daily and CHEAPER! Plus I received 2 in the package which was a nice surprise. AND my husband reports much less snoring from me.

They deserve 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will scam you, set you up for a subscription without your knowledge and wont refund you. No customer service. Phones dont work. Emails dont work. I got scammed big time. Website needs to be taken down and turned into the police for scams! I was going to order just 1 mouthpiece and they kept asking if I wanted to add on other products to which I said NO to ALL and then chose Paypal and instead of bringing me to Paypal they just finalized order with ALL THESE EXTRA THINGS ADDED. I wasnt allowed to review cart before submitting order. Charged me $110. This website needs to be taken down. SCAMMERS 100%. Go here and submit report reportfraud.ftc.gov

Long story short, company would not give me a refund for the additional guard I purchased by mistake because of their shi..y website. I immediately called their customer service , and they told me the order was already being processed. That was a bunch off B shi! Rep then said to call as soon as I received them and I would be able to get refund. When I called upon receiving items, I was told due to health reasons , return & refund would not be given. Stay away from the scammers!!!!

The mouthpiece is a joke. You could buy a mouthpiece for sports and get better results. Not sure whose mouth it is supposed to fit but it's huge and no matter how much hot water it barely made an impression. The company does not respond when you want to get a refund. Please do not buy this product.

This company is nothing short of thieves! I ordered the product, tried to cancel but all emails got kicked back! The product was not delivered but sent back. The company comes back with this and that about their company policies but none of the links even work.
So now they ROBBED me of $87.09! I have no product and no money! Filed a fraud report with the RCMP because it is fraud!
If you want to lose your money order from this company oh and use PayPal! they encourage this! and side with the ROBBERS!

Just purchased, charged me extra for shipping protection which i didn't opt for or had the chance to remove. They also debit me 3 additional amounts for products i didn't order. They tried an addition 2 amounts but fortunately my credit card company blocked these as suspicious transactions due to the number of transactions. Dealing with them for a refund but not optimistic based off previous comments, hopefully my bank will be able to assist in reclaiming some of my funds back.

100% a scam credit card charged for things I didn't want or even commit to buying. The website tried to charge 7 transactions on my credit card.

I ordered a mouth piece, I declined the many offers that were given me to purchase extra products at the very end of the purchasing process, and then at the end as I confirms my purchase it had added two more items on my list. I instantly contacted the company and they said they would look into it and to email them my order number so I did right away, and then they said the order was shipped out already! I said I want a refund because I feel scammed and I don’t trust the website and they said you have to wait til you receive the products and send them back. How is it possible to ship it out that quick? They are NOT trust worthy and they are designed to take money and refuse refunds, please don’t mess with companies like this, they leave a bad taste in your mouth
