Very uncomfortable, extremely painful . Jaw continues to hurt even after 4 days.
Advertising for 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee but refuses to refund.
You know that You’re selling a device that has health safety laws, and still offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee but refuses to do so.
I finally got someone on phone who mentioned assisting me but within a couple of minutes, phone call ends. I kept calling back but no answer

I purchased a sofa and loveseat from this company for over $3000. I also purchased the insurance. Now that both pieces are unraveling, un gluing and have become wrinkly, I decided to file my insurance that I purchased with this company. I sent pictures. I was denied and they sent me a link to YouTube suggesting that I go to this link and it will help me take the wrinkles out of my sofa and loveseat. UNACCEPTABLE and was told that at the end of the warranty I would be receiving $179 credit to be used for the next purchase I make with this company. I would never purchase from this company again nor would I recommend this company. I put both pieces to the road and just waiting for it to be picked up with the rest of the garbage.

I have been reaching out in reference to company’s response on reaching a settlement of sort. Finally, I received same email I have been receiving after I filed a complaint.
I am reading reviews with words of Scam, Class action lawsuits, etc
They are not trying to make amends. I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND 1STOPBEDROOMS!
I regret purchasing from this company. Unfortunately for me, it cost me over $3000

Great little gift
Although it was a small purchase, it was a great one. My husband kept his expensive glasses laying on our vanity when not in use. Many times It gets in the way when washing up or getting ready to go.
