I honestly wish that I would have done better research before purchasing from this website. I purchased 2 SnoreRx Plus mouthpieces on 8/15/2026. Today, 9/6/2026, after several unanswered phone calls & emails, I am still waiting to receive this product. I will add this comment on the BBB in hopes that others do not fall for this scheme. I cannot believe that this website has not been taken down yet, so others are not taken advantage of. Hopefully the word will be heard soon!

It’s a scam. You place your order and you never hear back from them.

Wish I would have checked Trustpilot first. The mouth piece is horrible. Hard plastic makes it unbearable to wear at night. Completed my return and they have never credited my account.

we have placed orders with snore RX in the past and have received what we ordered. This last time we placed an order they took the money out of our bank account but we have not received our order. We have emailed, filled out their contact form and left voicemails and have gotten no response. Communication from the company is very bad.

The SnoreRX plus caused me more harm than good. I tried to adjust to it, for weeks. My jaw was so sore I couldn't close my mouth normally for days. And the device was so bulky and annoying that I woke up even more and had more disrupted sleep. Then on top of that, the customer service was rude and showed zero empathy, and just cited their return policy instead of offering any solutions or resolutions. Terrible experience, will never consider this brand agian.

Placed order. Never received. No updates or response to my multiple emails. Pure scam!

0 Stars. Incompetent at best, Scam at worst. I placed an order 1 month ago with them and, after the order confirmation, received no further information from them. The order has never been shipped as far as I can tell. I then tried to contact them multiple times to get further information and received no response. I tried to cancel my order, and no response. I have now had to refute the charge with my bank and will hopefully get the money back. It's either a scam, or completely inept communications and systems

The mouth piece was 8/10. But customer service does not answer when my mouth piece got broken a few months in. I dont expect they would replace it, but atleast an answer after several attempts.

placed an order on august 9, now it's 18 and still nothing. wrote to support twice and again - nothing. do they even exist anymore???

Device didn’t work for me, and the “30-night” guarantee isn’t really a 30-night trial

I purchased the SnoreRx Plus directly from SnoreRx because of the advertised 30-night money-back guarantee.

Unfortunately, I was away on vacation when the device was delivered, so I wasn’t able to begin using it immediately. Once I returned, I used the device for a couple of weeks, giving it a legitimate opportunity to work.

My experience was that the SnoreRx Plus was essentially ineffective. It repeatedly fell out of my mouth during the night, almost nightly, and therefore wasn’t providing a practical solution to my snoring.

I contacted SnoreRx and explained the situation, asking whether they would honor the spirit of the 30-night trial based on the period I had actually been able to use the device. They refused and pointed to their policy that the 30-day period begins on the delivery date, not the date you actually start using the device.

I understand that companies have return policies, but I find it very disappointing that a product advertised with a “30-night 100% money-back guarantee” doesn’t actually give the customer 30 nights to evaluate it. In my case, vacation time counted against the trial even though I wasn’t using the product.

My recommendation: be very careful before purchasing. If you buy this product, understand that your return clock starts when FedEx/USPS/UPS says it was delivered—not when you first try the device.

The device didn’t work for me, and I was particularly disappointed that the company wasn’t willing to make a reasonable exception given the circumstances.

Its a bit fiddly The mouth guard fell apart in the boiling water and when I picked it out of the water it warped the guard so I sent it back

Following the initial order and confirmation email I received no further communication regarding delivery or tracking information and the company failed to respond after multiple outreaches via website, voicemail and email. I processed a charge back through my credit card

I should have read these reviews BEFORE I made my purchase. BIG mistake. I ordered the mouth guard 8 days ago, initially I got a message with an order number but nothing else. When 3 days passed by and I didn't receive an email about it getting shipped, I sent them a message asking for tracking information. Crickets. So I sent another message. No response. I sent a third message and again no reply. I even tried calling and got a message that they are not available at this time. Anytime I called, I got the same message. I'm not hopeful I will ever see the product or my money again. I will be contacting my bank, but who knows if that will yield any results. Don't be like me and order this product.

Scam. Ordered a product, was charged, received shipping notification, and never seen anything since. No tracking and no responses to my attempts to ask questions.

This has been the worst experience trying to get any information about my order. I ordered a Snorerx Plus, credit card charges but no information about shipping, expected delivery, or replies to many emails and voice mails. The customer service is evidently non-existent. Looks like I will be issuing a dispute for the charges with the credit card company. Totally disappointed with SnoreRx!!!

My order never arrived, and the seller did not respond to my phone calls or emails. The lack of communication was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this seller.

My rating is based solely on the Customer Service side of the company. I ordered the Plus, and was eager to try it out. Unfortunately, shipping was extremely slow, and by the time I received, had gained information on my snoring habits. It turns out, I don't need the mouth device. My (late) effort to return was denied due to being TWO DAYS past the return window. Rules are rules, I guess. My bad, but NO lenience from this corporate entity. Too bad.

Zero customer service and zero quality control. The snore guard I purchased was improperly molded from the factory and was crooked. I have emailed the company many times and made many phone calls. They will not return my email or phone call. If you purchased your snore RX via credit card, I would reach out to the company and stop payment. That is my next step.

Update: They have finally returned my email and advised they would not give me a refund or exchange because it has been past 30 days. I started the process the first week I had the guard.

Even if you get one that is molded properly it feel like your sleeping with a hockey puck in your mouth.

Hopeless customer service. Ordered 13 days ago and heard nothing - even after following up with their support e-mail contact.

Purchased this after using quite a few guards as this one was top rated on all major sleep sites (I still can't figure out why). Received after 3 weeks after zero communication from the seller. Mouthguard seemed like it was made for a Neanderthal's jaw, it was at least 25% bigger than any guard I ever tried. So poorly designed that past a 4mm adjustment, my bottom jaw just simply did not catch the guard and kept slipping back making the guard totally useless. This is due to how shallow the ridges are that catch the teeth. One of the adjustment sliders on the right did not click on the line to indicate the number but clicked IN BETWEEN the two lines making it impossible to know what my actual adjustment is. Was well within the 30 day refund time as it says on the site with no restrictions. Emailed them, called them a few times, sent a few messages through their site, zero response. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING!!!!!!!!!!!
