Very easy to use the app. Downloaded and set up before leaving the UK and scanned receipt daily and kept in safe place. Easy to find Shiptax at CDG and within 12 hours the money was in my bank - cant fault

the process of get tax refund was very easy and fast.But the last step of the payment was always failed even I changed the bank account number. I don’t know the reason and my bank says there is no questions of my bank account.The process got finished at last because I filled in my friend’s account and the payment collected in 10 minutes later.

Very easy to use and upload the receipts. Some shops did not give receipt with skip tax so that was a little annoying but not a huge problem. Refund was really quick

First time used. So easy to photo receipts and get them validated. Easier than I thought at the airport. Paid into my back the following day. Bonus as I didn't even realise this was something I could claim as a British tourist to Disneyland Paris.

The app makes the process really simple and easy to use. The refund was very quick straight to my PayPal account. The only negative for me was the location of the machine (to scan the barcode) at Calais port.

Easy to use, helped by staff at the Calais Wine Warehouse. I put the barcode generated into the PABLO machine at the L Shuttle, and received the tax back to my account within 24 hours - great.

I created a SkipTax account on my recent visit to France. All my physical purchases I asked the stores to provide SkipTax receipts and they all understood what I meant. I uploaded each receipt and to the app and when returning to UK I went to the automated terminal in LeShuttle passenger terminal which was easy to use. The VAT Refund was quick less than 24 hours money was in my bank account.

User experience was good. The application is easy to use and manoeuvre through.

Will definitely use again on next trip.

Works great for Disney, but literally every other shop I asked for an invoice or receipt with Skiptax on I was refused, either due to not knowing how or just "we don't do that". This includes big chains like Starbucks.
Have used this for the Eurostar, which is easy, and for the airport, which is more like a treasure hunt where you go to the terminal in the furthest building followed by a little office in the deepest bowels of a different building, all before security. Not straight forward.

Excellent system and easy to use. I should have waited until I had done all my shopping as I ended up doing two separate claims but not a big issue. Certainly worth doing

The bank took a small fee but i got a decent reimbursement.

Still can't get over how quick and easy it was to get my tax refund using Skiptax. I copied their details onto my phone and simply asked retailers for 'une facture' then showed them the info. They gave me an invoice which I then took a photo of using my phone and uploaded into the app. The night before I left France I generated the barcode and just scanned that when I got to the PABLO kiosk after security. Easy peasy! Refund came through the next day. Perfect!

We used skiptax whilst on holiday in Disneyland Paris, we found it so easy to upload receipts and super easy to process once we left.
The upload at Gare de Nore was super easy too, we had our money back the next morning! Really impressed

Used Skiptax several times. Really simple process and quick refund straight to a nominated bank. If there's any negative it's the location at Calais of the terminal machines to create the refund which if Skiptax have any clout to have them moved to within the Shop at the port like at Dunkirk this would be perfect.

Very easy! I am from Canada and used this app before going home, and I had to print off my tax form and get it stamped as I was leaving the EU from another country. However, the instructions from the app were very straightforward!
