I didn't get my product. I have contacted the post office as they picked up the package and marked as delivered but never came. I put on a complain to the post office and they told me to contact the seller because the contract is between them. I contacted them but they won't do anything because the delivery company has picked it up and marked as delivered, they won't even put a complain in my behalf. No service minded at all
The product is cheap china made machine that doesn't work like it should. It is non powerful to even cut thinner hair without working a REALLY long time on one spot TAKING AGES. The silky feeling is better with any kind of another type of machine or blades, this does not take it to the next level, not even to a level. It is a machine that is a piece of shit that I'm going to throw to my garbage bin as they don't even want to give my money back after multiple emails and videos to show usage and how bad the machine is. So their guarantee of happiness or money back is a big fat lie too!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!
fake- temu products sold as legit goods. When one returns with complains, the try to let you understand, that maybe you dont know how to use the product.
Company is obviously living of scaming people into buying a product, that is sold on false terms.
