As an agency
As an agency, my experience with the affiliate program has had its ups and downs. Initially, the commission approval process was confusing and lacked transparency due to unclear internal criteria regarding 'website progress.' However, after persistent follow-up and escalating the case, the support team showed a willingness to review the project, valued our efforts as an agency, and ultimately approved the pending commission.
I appreciate that they listened to the context provided by my agency and reached a favorable resolution. However, I recommend that the program improves the clarity of its technical requirements from the start to avoid such prolonged review processes. It is a support service capable of solving complex issues, but it requires active communication from the affiliate."
