I tried to transfer a domain to Serverplan
I tried to transfer a domain to Serverplan. It was a bad experience trying to set it up, and eventually unable to make a payment! Too many broken links in their website, and an email that told me that because I cancelled, the service would be suspended in year -0001 ! No faith. Cancelled and am going elsewhere.

Asking info for a plan as a new client
As a to become new client.
U fill write by their own contact page that u need some info and after 1 day u
Revieve an mail that they need some more time.
But then after 3 days I recieved an mail that my ticket has been closed because of that I have not respond on their mail. Witch mail ? I haven’t recieve anything mail. In this mail is a link to read your ticket message , u only can open this by username and password. That u don’t have or recieved so I wrote this review.

I received after this review a mail from their sales department with an compleet explanation and with this they have send me all the info I needed.
This means that my first thought was negative however how they response my questions I’m satisfied and will give them positive review.
By this said , I will change my ratings to Serverplan because they have taken time to answer and dicuss this
