IONOS blocks your domain even if you transfer it.
My case: I took the transfer code to transfer it to another provider, which, once got the code, allowed me to configure it. Then, IONOS blocked the domain and the domain got invalid by date. As I am used to, once you get the transfer code, the transfer is done. But NO. Not at IONOS. So the domain was halted, the server was not reached, one day offline ...
Then I started digging into whois and discovered that the domain was still in IONOS's hands.
So the "only thing" the kind support told me to say is: I have to repurchase the domain, we keep the config, and weverything will go one year further...
What we all do for that little money...
PS: Smart support!!!

There is no possibility of upgrading a VPS service benefiting of the same normal rate: they double the cost (not even the discounted, but just the normal one)!
Be ready to backup your stuff well and run. Commercially is a suicide.

Absolutely not satisfied, there are some expensive extra services that you're somehow forced to buy with a minimum duration of one year. Be very careful as it seems like a trap to me, for entering they offer you annual services of 12 euros per year with a one year free to confuse you with this generous offer, but the trick is here, for the extra services they give you a pack of like 70 € PER MONTH, WITH JUST FIRST MONTH FREE WITH THE OBLIGATION OF PAYING FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR MONTHLY 70 €. Shame on you

➡30‑day “satisfied or refunded” trial
Every plan we offer includes a 30‑day trial period during which you can cancel the service and receive a full refund, with no further obligation. This trial period is clearly stated in the contract‑confirmation emails that are sent at the time of purchase.
➡Minimum 12‑month commitment
When you purchase the contract, you choose in the dropdown menu the duration of the contract, in this case, you chose the 12 months duration that has the promotion. This condition is explicitly displayed in the confirmation messages too and in the terms and conditions you accepted when activating the services. The purpose of the clause is to allow us to keep the monthly price low while ensuring service continuity.
➡Additional service packs
The extra packs (e.g., the €70 per month bundle) are also subject to the 30‑day trial, after which the 12‑month minimum applies. The price, the free first month, and the annual commitment are all shown on the product page before purchase and are reiterated in the order confirmation.
➡Our attempts to resolve the issue
