Services contracted with the company:
KeliUser Linux hosting plus couple of domains.
Positive:
- The hosting supports "Let's Encrypt" certificates
- The hosting is using cPanel (which I like)
- Good and fast service support
Negative:
I've bought a new domain adding the "ID Protection" package and my personal details were visible with a simple whois.
As soon as the hosting provider was informed, they were able to solve the situation rapidly.
Now the whois information is hidden.
Update:
I've updated from 3 stars to 5 for the fast fast reaction and ability to solve the issue, but I have to admit that I would suggest to keep an eye on your whois.
The hosting provider has confirmed as well that the masking of personal details can take a bit to be processed automatically.
