We specialise in supplying sewing machines, overlockers, embellishers, embroidery machines, sewing/embroidery machines, steam presses, roller presses and various sewing accessories. We are aware that in today's increasingly competitive environment, it is important that we continue to focus our efforts in maintaining the first class customer service that we try to provide. Feedback lets us know what we are doing well and also what we can do better. Very easy to order

Very easy to order. Arrived much faster than I would have expected. Very well packaged. I'm looking forward to learning how to use my lovely new sewing machine.

Perfect delivery and fabulous machine

Perfect delivery- in good time and with care. So far, an excellent company to deal with. Absolutely adore the Janome 5060QDC - transforming my sewing quality and range. Excellent price too- best currently available. Would highly recommend SMD, thank you 😘

First time using this company

First time using this company and was not disappointed. Using their website was easy and they had a fabulous range of sewing machines to choose from. My order came quicker than I had thought it would. It was well packaged and no issues with the product at all. Very happy and would definitely use this company again.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I asked for suggestions as to what machine would be best for me. Very quick response with suggestions. I arranged an online demo. A lovely lady ‘Kathy’ took me round a machine answered questions and explained it all. Very quick delivery.
I have no doubt that if I need any help it will be there

Great machine, great service

It came when it said it would ,and I was told a time slot for it to be delivered. The machine was well packaged with no damage. The guarantee is on a piece of paper so I don't have to register the machine. The machine works well , so will not need the option of sending it back

Great choice and prompt delivery!

Purchased a new machine at a great price, and delivery was really prompt! Excellent choice of machines, and my machine came with a free gift too. My second purchase from here, and I'd return again.
