Avoid the subscription
The subscription model is to be avoided. Although you can cancel both the product and the subscription online, both turn out to simply remain activated afterwards. This is an unjustified money grab. €220 was wrongfully deducted from my account for a package that I had 100% cancelled. The customer service is barely customer-oriented and did cancel the subscription, but only wanted to take the product back via a return shipment paid for by myself. In a clearly unambiguous email, I had to state three times that I wanted to cancel. They are clearly trained to keep you as a customer and not to help you. I will never buy anything from them again.

Charged me despite my subscription…
Charged me despite my subscription already cancelled on their website a week ago. Customer support is appalling with no reply to my email and the website's automated chatbot not covering this type of issue.
Very simple - avoid at all costs.
Edit: The company resolved the issue and provided a full refund. Updating my review to reflect overall experience.

I had an issue with shipping to my country, but the Customer Experience Agent (Oktay), his supervisor, and the company really took the time to understand the situation and find an alternative solution.

Great products and excellent customer service

I find the customer service outstandig and Angela was a big help going out of her way to help me with my order.
