very prompt service, item as described and delivery easy with no issues

Fits nicely in the hand and seems to work well. Quick delivery and nice packaging. So far, so good.

I had a damaged package and wanted to return the item. The company agreed and responded as soon and mentioned if I wanted to keep the item and they will fully refund me as long at I gave a good review. I completed the review and from then they have ignored my emails and no returns or refunded was made.

SCAM AVOID!!! RETURNED ITEM AND NOW IGNORING ALL MY EMAILS, AND STILL NO REFUND GIVEN. Notified police and my payment provider. Seen how many others are being scammed in same way

Product seems to be good after a couple of uses and the delivery was pretty fast.

Fast delivery, easy to use. Not sure about the results yet because i just started using it.

I wanted to return the item and i was told to give a positive feed back and i get to keep the product and get refund i gave positive feed i just wanted my money back but didnt get my refund and got no replies to my emails after that absolutely misleading. DO NOT PURCHASE.DO NOT AGREE TO KEEP ITEM AMD GET 100% refund they will not do it.

Great product so far. Delivery took about a week but that doesn't bother me. Looking forward to the end results

The device was lightweight and easy to use with clear instructions. I'm unable to comment on the effectiveness of the product yet as I'm very new to the process, but will continue to use it as instructed and hope for good results ! Docked one point as I did not realise it was not a rechargeable item and needs to be used near a power source.

Shipping a little slow to uk but it’s a great product ive only used a couple times but all seems to be working no issues.

I wish to return as can not use the IPL. I contacted solippy.com to start refund process on 25 October 2026 and they responded to say to keep device and they will issue refund. I have contacted them via email a couple of times and had no response since regarding refund. I am happy to return the unused device and receive a refund which I have stated in the emails. Still no response.

I have tried to contact them via phone and the London number goes straight to voicemail, so voicemail message left.

I have tried web chat also but it is in French and from what I can translate no available agents to chat to. Very convenient.

So haven’t used product and might be great but customer service is non existent so if you want to return and get a refund it is unlikely to happen.

I purchased through Klara so will see if I can stop payment.

Avoid company is my advice.

A great price for the device. Have only used it once but seems to be working well so far. Only downside is it took 2 weeks to arrive.

Product is good. Delivery was slow.

Returned and not refunded. This arrived. I read the instructions and it says it can't be used if you've had skin cancer (which I have had). I contacted them and they said I didn't need to return it and they'd refund me. This was on the 17 October 2026. It is now 3 November and despite actually returning it to them (signed for and I have proof they got it back) they have not refunded me. I have contacted them repeatedly and they are not replying to my emails. I think I am going to have to escalate it through PayPal sadly but wish they would keep their word and refund me as they said they would.

Very positive experience with the product so far! Even on the first use, it was easy to navigate and completely painless to get started. Looking forward to using it more and seeing the results over time!
