Sent off a Paul Smith t-shirt with a hole in it with a heavy heart, thinking I may as-well send it but already thinking it was beyond salvation and would just sit in the back of my wardrobe miserably for years. I received it back and honestly am so thrilled with the work done by the tailor, Anca, who has tucked the hole neatly away. You wouldn't know it's there, it's just a tiny little dimple on my arm that I'm actually growing quite fond of. Got a compliment on the t-shirt yesterday while waiting for the train and my first instinct was to show off the superb repair on it :D Fantastic service with an admirable mission well worth supporting!

I’m currently housebound so using time to organise my clothes annoyingly now have curvature to spine and lost weight so I either sell clothes or have my favorites adapted. Once a month I will send and item to the weary team. Latest was a Blazer which I love I included my fussy instructions. When then received blazer I received a polite email along the lines of “you sure you want that done 😇 ? From Amy. Received the blazer back Marius had done the work. It was perfect.

Very happy with my zip repair through Reformation as a FWB. Ayla at SOJO looks like she carefully replaced the zip and the repaired the snagged fabric (which was causing the zip to snag in the first place). Zip runs smoothly so very happy!

Absolutely first class - expert work which completely restored my favourite suit trousers. I was delighted with the repair, and the turnaround time was great too, really quick.

I’ve had the most incredible experience with SOJO. I ripped my favourite dress and found SOJO online - so simple, package up your dress, send it over and they do the rest. My dress has been fixed and looks brand new, and I received it so quickly! 1000% will use again!

I snagged one of my favourite Navy Grey sweaters on a rose and made a hole at the shoulder. I asked for some spare yarn and sent the yarn and jumper to SOJO. It is a perfect repair and the jumper is as good as new. Thank you so much Inga for a fantastic job!
