3 star because your delivery system…
I can see from your reply that you choode to ignore what I wrote ! Please read again ! 3 star because your delivery system doesn't match todays need and definitely dont compete with the other companies! I like to know when I recieve my order before I pay ! You dont inform the customers after they order either !!!!!!! ????? Just a referral to DHL with a order number that doesnt match or is possible to use ! You have to call them and still no definite answer ..

Totally recommend!
Unfortunately the wrong snuz was delivered to start. Customer service responded very quickly and sent the correct flavour. Also got to keep the wrongly delivered stack! Maybe quite clever as the flavour I didn’t order I might order again! 🌟

I was a regular here until recent
I was a regular here until recently. My last two orders didn't arrive and it was hard to get in touch with customer service but even harder to find a solution with them.. They will not refund my money until the shipment is back at their warehouse (which I obviously have no influence on).
Would absolutely not recommend ordering here, but looking for a more trustworthy organisation. Please note: the mother company Make Webo AB operates under different brand names.
