I was a regular here until recently. My last two orders didn't arrive and it was hard to get in touch with customer service but even harder to find a solution with them.. They will not refund my money until the shipment is back at their warehouse (which I obviously have no influence on).

Would absolutely not recommend ordering here, but looking for a more trustworthy organisation. Please note: the mother company Make Webo AB operates under different brand names.

UPDATE 27/SEP: They asked me to get in touch with them after this review, but so far they ignored my message. Still waiting to get my EUR136.90 refunded...
