I had to send back a defective batch…
I had to send back a defective batch and it was a bit cumbersome, additionally they could only refund me for what I sent back, I think it’s kind of stupid that they are so greedy and can’t refund me for that one extra container because I already used it even though it was defective as well, I didn’t have this problem with another vendor.
