I ordered a folk pouf and all was straightforward in relation to the online order. I received confirmation of dispatch and notification of delivery date. Then my order seemed to be stuck in a depot in Poland and there was a reference to missing documentation. I was worried about how this could be resolved and I contacted the Nooma support team. Within 48 hours I received an email from Martyna, customer support specialist, confirming that the issue had been reported to their Logistics Team and they had clarified it with the carrier. Martyna informed me that the delivery process had been resumed (which it had) and my order was then delivered quickly. Martyna was incredibly helpful and personable. As I told her, it was so nice to deal with a human being rather than a bot. So although there was a problem with my delivery, my lasting impression of Nooma is their helpful service and willingness and ability to resolve my problem. And I am very happy with my purchase.

We're in the final stretch of finishing our first home, and my wife and I haven't come across furniture this stylish and well-made anywhere else. I first spotted one of their outdoor benches at a client's house – the blue was so vibrant that as soon as I got home I had to look it up. We ended up with two nightstands, a small bench for the hallway, and a little outdoor stool that now doubles as a plant stand. Truly great quality and design.

There was a delay in customs due to the international paperwork. So it was stuck there for few days. It was quite frustrating. However Martyna from the customer service was very supportive and tried to sort out the situation and kept me informed all the way. So my order was arrived finally. She is brilliant!

I really appreciated the prompt and helpful reply. I received a response within one business day, sooner than I expected, and the information provided was clear and reassuring. Excellent customer support overall.

Jakub went above and beyond to assist with the smooth delivery of my order after a slight delay.
He was just so helpful with regular customer support and communication updates . Upon delivery, after only a short delay of a few days, he checked in to make sure all was good and that I was happy with my order of a side table , which arrived in perfect condition, and looks great !

Ordered a side table. Unique, pretty and high quality. Great packaging. Great customer service, too - there was a delay, so I had to switch the delivery address. The support ticket was replied to in under a day and the person I emailed with was very polite and considerate and even provided me with updates on my order later, well after I would consider the ticket solved.

The Wa side table is a fun addition and I like how the Blueberry Pie colour pops in the living room.

I also got the Ande side table for the bedroom - it's nice how it can take as much place as you want it to.

It's great to have minimal furniture to store things on.

Really lovely designs and excellent customer service. I had a problem with two items, but the support team – Natalia in particular – handled it quickly, kindly and fairly. Resolution was smooth and I felt looked after. Just worth noting the product quality could be more consistent, but the service made up for it.

I bought the Folk Pouf and the Ande Sidetable for my living room and couldn't be happier about how they turned out. All of my friends that came over to visit complimented me on these two pieces. The Folk Pouf feels very high quality, I'm currently considering buying a second one for my office.

I like the table that I received and it was delivered quickly. It isn't the cheapest but it really does work for me as I have a small space. I see other negative reviews and maybe if you are getting furniture your experience is different but for me just getting a small table delivered I had a really good experience.

The quality of delivery was perfect

I ordered for the first time from noo.ma after finding the tv table I was looking for for so long and thankfully it was on summer sale! Couldn't be happier.

All went well, their delivery date on the web didn't match the reality, but to be fair a) I'm in a different country and b) when I wrote them to make sure my order is being processed, they communicated quickly and made sure I know everything is alright which it was (hi Ola!). :)

I got my table about two weeks after ordering. Everything alright, table was very nicely packaged, nothing was broken or scratched, not even the glass part. :) They have a really nice manual with moving pictures to show you what goes where, how to turn it and every part of the table had a sticker with 1) what it is and 2) which was is the front of it. Which is amazing feature. It also came with tools you need to assembly it.

Overall I can only recommend this shop. It feels more luxury (the end product quality and look and also the prices) and it's worth it. I'm very happy I chose them and will check what they have next time I need something. I hope the tv table will serve me lots of year coming. :)

I baught Doon stool and it look just like images and very beautiful the quality is great but I don't know yet cause its made of steel if it's rusts later... so far it looks great and all the details are perfect finishing also perfect ant the screws looks great
