WORST customer service ever ! I bought a dressing gown that was L-XL thinking it would be a 14 maybe 16 ..it was a 26 !! And it only said that if you really went looking for it in the fine print .. I asked for an exchange or refund and they refused ! They were very rude . Now I have a dressing gown 6 sizes too big that I can't use . Horrible company!!

Problem with sheets.
Ordering was great and delivery fine but the top sheet for the split single king size bed was too small and didn’t even cover the sides of the bed. Won’t order again as when I told you about it was told sorry that’s just what they are.

I received excellent customer service when I recently had an issue with an item I purchased. The problem was solved in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction.
