Bedthreads, a disappointing experience.
The terracotta duvet colour was not as expected (a sickly salmon colour) and did not match the pillowcases which were supposedly the same colour.
Also I didn’t get the items I ordered. Instead of two sets of pillowcase I got three and instead of three sets of napkins I received two. Obviously no quality control.
It shouldn’t be this hard. An expensive mistake

Fitted sheet did not hold up
I loved them at first. Beautiful color, softened well. Was turning me into a linen convert. Unfortunately I have had the fitted sheet for just over 6 months and it is threadbare and starting to tear holes. I follow the washing instructions and honestly haven’t been washing my sheets as much as I usually do so there’s no reason for it to thin so quickly. Unfortunately not worth the price for half a year of use

We bought bedsheets from bed threads…
We bought bedsheets from bed threads years ago and there was definitely a major quality issue. The sheets ripped and were replaced only to rip again. We sadly won't shop with them anymore and have chosen a competitor. I hope they've fixed their manufacturing in the meantime because the sheets are otherwise beautiful.

Great sheets however they are oversized

I ordered 4 sets of 2 pillowcases only…
I ordered 4 sets of 2 pillowcases only 2 sets arrived. I contacted Bed Threads and they say I only ordered 4 pillowcases. Why on earth would a company list items as a set, then change it individual. I'm so angry it's not funny, I also ordered from Bed threads NZ website, the phone number and company are in Australia
