Terrible service. Using an overseas call centre that do not know what they are doing. Nothing but issues with this card since Suncorp sold the business.

MyCard Scam??

MyCard - received a text today saying they required a minimum payment on a card I haven't used for at least a year or more and has actually expired. Checked emails and the last info I got was to say that MyCard was taking over Card Services and they'd send a link ... nothing. So tried to log on and the system said a code would come through to my phone, again 30 mins later and nothing. What now??

Typical banks outsourcing services that were perfectly fine just to save money! There is no option of an immediate transfer funds from a savings account into the credit card so you have to wait 2-3 business days for the funds to go into the card. Outrageous greed from the banks and not dealing with their own credit cards for an easy experience!!!

Replacement card not received and existing card deactivated

My Citibank account was transitioned to MyCard, and everything worked well until I was due to receive a replacement for my expiring card. On June 3, I called to ask when the new card would arrive and was advised that it had already been issued and would reach me within 5–7 business days. After allowing sufficient time, I called again on June 17 as the card had still not arrived. The agent informed me that the card would be treated as lost, cancelled, and reissued, but reassured me that I could continue using my existing card until its expiry in July.
However, the following day I discovered that my current card had already been deactivated. When I called back, I was told that the previous agent had made an error. The agent then arranged for the replacement card to be sent via express post instead of standard delivery. I received a card on June 19, but based on the accompanying letter, it appears that the card—which I was told on June 9 had already been issued—was in fact only issued on June 13.
Although the matter has been escalated, as of June 26 I still do not have a usable card.

The Customer Service is woeful

The Customer Service is woeful. I used to have a great experience with Suncorp - then it got sold to NAB I think, and the online experience went downhill. I had two cards - and when I received an annual fee on both of them (that’s TWO fees), I rang to cancel the same week and explained I had never used the second one, to consider reimbursement and close it - and will keep the other. They treated me with what I would describe as contempt. Horrible service.

Absolute Dogs Breakfast of a card

Absolute Dogs Breakfast of a card since taken over by NAB . Cant download statements as a CSV File,Doesnt intergrate with Accounting platforms Xero or MYOB. When calling Customer service at first i thought i was talking with an AI agent then i realised they were human. AI would have got me a better response and they charge me $300 a year for the hassle. After i spent an hour complaining they did give me a $100 credit. Once i get the time i will be changing

TERRIBLE! 1 STAR

Am cancelling my card as the takeover from Citibank is woeful.
They are now still chasing my annual fee, even though I have cancelled the card prior to the next year renewal. I have escalated this to management and am awaiting a response, but $350 per year for a card i've paid the balance off in full every month is beyond a joke. Avoid this card at ALL COSTS

This product is absolutely terrible now that it has been taken over by Nab. I obtained a Qantas rewards card - the Qantas points I have earnt have never been transferred to my Qantas account. I identified this issue to MyCard in December yet it is now May and they still haven’t rectified the issue. I have thousands of Qantas points I am not able to use. avoid this product entirely !

Stay away!

Just canceled MyCard. I did not use it since it was transferred. First I was waiting for the new card to arrive, it never did. I called the customer service and they said that there is no new card coming. Use the old one as usual. I already had a gut feeling that it was no good. They did not have Singapore Airlines as partner anymore, then the travel insurance disappeared. The app did not work. Surprisingly the cancellation went smoothly. Stay away!

The online mycard (aka NAB) application process

The online mycard application process is inexcusable bad. I applied for a mycard card using my driver's licence and passport (both of which I've successfully used for the same purpose online numerous times), just to have them both rejected, which resulted in me not being able to apply for a mycard ever again. I contacted their support who says d they could do nothing except escalate it as a ticket, which simple resulted in a higher level person saying they could do nothing and that I can no longer apply for a card. This is by far the worst online application process I've ever seen. And so everyone is aware, this is a NAB, National Bank or Australia product, so the poor product is on them.

1 star is the lowest I can put.

1 star is the lowest I can put, but it deserves zero.
I have 30,000 Velocity points in limbo.
They do not want to investigate.
Customer service doesn't care and closes the chat on you.
At $300/year, it is supposed to be a premium card, and it was under the Citibank brand, but turned to crap overnight with the new branding.
Will be contacting the Banking onbundsman shortly.

Scam! Avoid at all costs

Pretty sure this is a scam. I tried to sign up for a credit card, entered all my details and uploaded identification documents then was told they couldn’t verify me and now the call centre said it’s a glitch and I can’t sign up for the card anymore. Steer well clear

Not happy Jan

Like Ruben's post, I was forced over to NAB MyCard when Suncorp (now owned by ANZ) ceased it previous credit card arrangement. I left ANZ 20+ years ago to get away from it and the big 4 banks. As I thought, NAB has decided to now charge an annual fee which Suncorp didn't. They're jacking up the interest rates and think that now including "complimentary mobile phone protection insurance" will compensate for their inability to put systems in place to prevent phone fraud impacting your phone banking. History shows that eventually they will impose a charge for that insurance. What's more, they have made it a confusing legal babble speak process to try to understand how the insurance will protect you. It's just a scam trying to make you believe you are being protected from scammers. I'm going to opt out of this card and move to a smaller bank option where interest rates are lower and they still have your interests at their core. My advice...get rid of your MyCard.
