Mimmu makes some of the most beautiful boots. The style, quality and craftmanship is of a high quality. The boots are comfortable and fit well.

I had a great experience and bought numerous shoes from them. They are of superior craftsmanship and sandals to wear year after year and they still look good quality chic and elegant. Hard to find such elegance and quality these days for palatable prices. Once you understand the process that they will do it from scratch for you and will take like 8/10 days, it's worth the wait.
Assia from customer service is wonderful and puts you at ease every time with a quick response to your inquiry. The only drawback is the duty fee imposed once in US but not more than 10-20$. All in all I would do it again. I am already on the lookout again to get some more sandals at great discount price and exquisite quality. Thank you

Have been waiting for my refund for about 7 months now. package has been in customs for god know how long. Then customs rejected it and the package was returned to my old address - was not notified, accept thanks to a neighbour who called me and told me of the package sitting at my old home.

I discovered this brand on social media, they were an investment for me so I wanted good quality as well as something eye catching.
I apprehensively waited 2 weeks as they are handmade in Italy and I was over the moon with them.
The design, the quality and they arrived very well packaged.
Now I’m looking again I’ve gone straight to this company, highly recommend…

I bought some sandals . Took ages to arrive . As they are expensive I keep them for special occasions so on my third wear of them the soles came away at the front and nearly caused me to fall over . As I was out for the day I had to purchase some more sandals . I have since contacted mimmu and they want me to return them so they can fix them, I explained I had to purchase another pair of sandals and given that we are coming to the end of summer I will be with out them,They have offered no apology nor said they will pay for shipping . I will not purchase from them again, clearly poor quality shoes and poor quality company and customer services !!!

Terrible I bought boots they turned up no lining in them zips broken the trouble I’ve had to return them they had been worn the soles were marked !!! They promised me in WhatsApp the minute I returned them via dhl they would refund my money they had all evidence and now I recieved an email
Saying I have to wait 14 days whilst some one reviews my case !! Thieves

WOW WOW WOW I love a high wedge because my fella is a foot taller than me. These Mallory Suede Sandals are the best I’ve ever had. Yes, they are expensive. I waited till there was a sale on. They feel so soft, they’re as comfy as fluffy slippers. They are quite weighty, but they’re so comfy, I don’t care. They took quite a while to come, but well worth the wait. I LOVE THEM 😍

Communication was excellent-I received updates consistently throughout the whole buying journey. The boots are exceptionally well made and the suede is incredibly soft. Offering free returns would be a great addition.

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered a pair of boots that were supposedly delivered, but I never actually received them. The delivery company gave several different accounts of where the parcel had been left, yet my boots were nowhere to be found.

I contacted the Mimmu team immediately. After nearly a month, I was told that if they didn’t hear back from the delivery company, they would send me a replacement pair. After that, I heard nothing further from them.

I eventually had to open a case with my bank, which I also informed Mimmu about, and to this day I still haven’t received a response. The customer service was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told to “wait” and “be patient”, despite the issue dragging on for over a month without ever being resolved.

I ordered a pair of boots which were delivered to me in exquisite condition. The workmanship is perfect 👌 the style awesome. They are a beautiful pair.
Delivery was on time and without any hassles. I will be back fit more. Regards...

USA CUSTOMERS BEWARE! THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY CUSTOMS FEE!
This company is worse than China. The shoes are weirdly small and narrow and I have standard sized feet, I never wear a wide fit.

All I wanted was an exchange, not even a return, but they wanted me to pay for the return cost all by myself, plus a processing fee for the exchange, plus a prepaid shipping label worth €60.

There was no point to do all that so I just kept the shoes and took them to a cobbler. THEN FedEx charges me $25 for import fees that the company elected not to pay for, and made me pay for instead. Really? You’re selling shoes worth hundreds of dollars and can’t pay your own import fees?

On top of it all, the sandals (Beatrice) aren’t good. The sole slips on certain flooring and the heel knocks against my ankles. The strap won’t stay straight to. I thought Italy was better than this. What a scam of a reputation they’re sitting on.
