I ordered a cosmetic and after 4 long weeks waiting, the conveyer informed me that my product was delivered
Unfortunately my mail box was empty and I never received the product I ordered.
The conveyer recognized its fault and told me to contact Leaf Customer service.
I sent more then 4 email to Leaf Contact. Despite their promise to respond within 48 hours, nobody did!
How can I get my money back ?

After many weeks- emails to customer care- answer received after first review STILL no refund- so it seems that indeed Leaf Cosmetics cannot be trusted. They are happy to send me more promotional emails but customer service is NOT responsive to emails inquiring after my refund #467956 .

The product matches the order. It took 15 days to arrive at my place. Keep this timeframe in mind.

The product is fresh and non-oily. It makes your skin fresh until evening

I’ve been waiting 3 months a delivery and after 3 months Leaf tells me that I have received my delivery which is totally incorrect and unacceptable !
I sent many many many emails and no one answered, until very recently !
They told me that they sent me another product and it still didn’t arrive.
I confirmed in all my emails my correct address, code, interphone and floor.
The day the 2nd delivery should arrive in September I was at home and didn’t move all day as I was sick !
No one rang at the interphone and I didn’t find anything in my mailbox either.
They told me that yes I did which once again is incorrect !!!
Very bad commercial service that doesn’t pay attention to its customers which is a pity because I really like their products!…

Never received such horrible products. I bought a collagen mask for neck & chest: it has on its back the explication of how to apply a face mask. When you open it, the films and masks are already falling apart when you open the package. Then when you try to fix the slibby mask to your face it falls apart in your hands and it doesn t even stick to the face !

It's just a scam !

The products are really good after 3 days I see a small difference but I continue. The mask has not yet been tried, but it will be soon.

I made a mistake while placing my Oder and got in touch with customer service for help and reimbursement of unnecessary items.

Not only they replied within 2 hours ( in Saturday) but readjusted immediately my order.

So professional to establish a long term customer relationship

People please be careful, this is a huge scam !

No news of my order. They keep on telling me to contact them but it's been 2 months that they reply the same... and now, all of a sudden, they tell me they miss my street number ? my street number is 50 ! I want a refund ! Thieves !

Still waiting on the resolution of Trademark Infringement. We have already initiated requests with Shopify and Domains By Proxy, filed in a UDRP, as well as a DMCA request. If we cannot reach an agreement and solve the problem, we will be forced to have our legal counsel move forward with formal action.

I ordered. That pink collagen stick early last week . We are Friday of the following week. I just received an email saying my product was sent and showing a link .
Clicking on link nothing comes up . Tries with various browsers.
Then I wrote to their support email and no reply.
They practically stole 23€ .

Very bad experience. I made an order and paid since July 13th and didn't recieve anything yet. Very disappointed.
They send me a tracking number but it seams to be false.

BIG SCAM!

Product never arrived. Emails for refund are ignored, or I received a response from a bot that totally doesn't give any answer on my request. I've, unfortunately, checked the reviews too late, but I see many people having the same problems.

Extremely Disappointing Experience!!!
I placed an order with Leaf Cosmetics several weeks ago and was charged immediately, but I have never received my products.

I have opened multiple support tickets and also contacted the company through Instagram, yet I have received no response at all. Meanwhile, the company continues to advertise and promote new offers while leaving customers without any updates or support.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I am seriously questioning the reliability and legitimacy of this company. I expect a response and a proper solution as soon as possible.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered products couple of weeks ago, I got charged the products instantaneously. However the products have never been delivered. I contacted twice Leaf cosmetics customer support and no one ever replied to my email.
Is this a scam??? Totally unprofessional.

Deux commandes importantes, deux expériences très décevantes. Plus d’un mois d’attente, des produits pourtant payés, mais toujours rien reçu. Le suivi indique même que le colis aurait été livré alors que ce n’est pas le cas. Malgré de nombreuses relances, aucun retour du service client.
Je vous invite à consulter les avis Trustpilot : mon expérience est loin d’être un cas isolé.

Je me tournerai désormais vers une entreprise française qui propose des produits similaires, 🌵le nom évoque une plante succulente, avec un service à la hauteur.

Un produit, encore faut-il qu’il arrive jusqu’au client.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Leef.

Two large orders, two very disappointing experiences. More than a month of waiting, products fully paid for, and still nothing received. The tracking even shows the parcel as delivered, although it never arrived. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no response from customer service.

I invite you to check the Trustpilot reviews: my experience is far from being an isolated case.

I will now turn to a French company offering similar products, whose name evokes a succulent plant, with customer service that lives up to expectations.

A product is only valuable if it actually reaches the customer.

I placed an order on June 3rd 2026, to be delivered within 4-5 days. The package arrived on June 20th, so 17 days later, and the order was incomplete: a box of face masks was missing. I reported it immediately through the online form on the website, was given a reference number and told that customer service would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Well, over two weeks later and three emails to their "support" email address, I have not heard anything back at all. It feels like a complete scam, therefore I would urge people not to order from this company. Disgraceful customer experience !

Worst experience with a purchase on internet! Products have never been delivered and no refund has been received after several emails sent to the company. Please do not purchase to leaf of cosmetics. SCAM

Worst service I have ever encountered. I ordered products more than a month ago and received a message saying they could not deliver my package — even though I was home that day and no one tried to contact me.

I have contacted customer service around 10 times through their online system and by email to request a refund or simply understand the situation, since I never received the products. I have not received a single response from them.

This feels like a complete scam. They simply stole $90 from me. Terrible service, I would absolutely not recommend ordering from this company.
